This was one of the most pleasant and easy negotiations I have had. Nicole was very helpful, giving us clear and honest answers and always helping us to come to the right terms for our means and needs. She has gone beyond what anyone would expect of a sales executive, she has really made herself family to us by making sure any additional request or need has been met with humor and good will. We made a cash purchase/trade of a new fifth wheel camper, added a generator, surge protector and upgraded the pin box. We paid cash up front. The additions/upgrades took two weeks. When we went to get our camper, the jacks could not get the camper high enough to to back our GMC 2500 under the pin box and the batteries were to weak to start the generator for demonstration. I had to go home to lower my fifth wheel hitch, which was installed in a neutral position originally. When we went back we were able to get our new fifth wheel. I noted the camper was high in the front by approximately 6 inches when attached to our truck. When I ask the America Choice representative he said we adjust the pin box to "factory" specs, and 6 inches high was OK. Everything I read indicates trailers should be as close to level as possible when towing. When I had the pin box repositioned to make the trailer as level as possible, I found the bolts attaching the pin box were not even tight, none the less torqued to any manufactures standard. Loose pin box bolts could be very dangerous. This is not what I expect from "Americas number one" RV dealer. The entire experience was sub standard and I will not recommend this dealer to anyone.

We would strongly recommend AMERICA CHOICE RV repair service. Having an older motorcoach, we have visited our share of repair shops but this is by far the best we have experienced. The Service Department was not only very professional but they were very knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose our problem within one day, and were honest and straightforward in giving us alternative suggestions for the repair. And when they ran into a problem (which happens sometimes), they worked with us always giving the extra effort to find a solution. Another plus is that they have a full hookup campground attached to the repair center, so as full-time RVers, we were able to spend the night while they worked on our various issues over a number of days. When we left, we were VERY happy customers.

They told me when a price and when I saw the paper work it was another. I feel cheated and I wasted my time about 5 hours. It was a long trip. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. They are not serious about working with the public.

Amber O[redacted] made a package deal for us on the products we wanted and followed through on their delivery. We were completely satisfied with our experience at America Choice RV.

In October 2014, I purchased a new XXXX Xer from these folks and as of this date, January 14, 2015 I have yet to have a trip without problems with the unit. We have used it four times and each time I have needed to bring it back for a different issue. That being said, is not entirely the fault of Am. Choice.

I believe the overriding issue here is too much success too soon. Selling more units than the pre delivery and service depts. can handle. The delivery sequence of my unit was very poor. It took two days of fixing and adjusting to get the unit ready to leave. From there, whenever I needed to bring it back in for a new issue, this is the procedure. You first have to get into their schedule, so you can bring it in to have it looked at, so they can get the Manufacturer's Warranty Approval for the repair. No one knows how long this can take. Once they receive this go ahead, they then re schedule the unit back into the shop for the actual repair, after all the parts have arrived. Again no one knows how long this will take and again, these delays are not the fault of Am. Choice.

I believe where they need to improve, is being more thorough with the repairs they do perform.. I brought mine back in after a trip because I thought they never filled or checked the hydraulic fluid level prior to delivery. I had to add 3 quarts before I could bring it back in. They had no explanation for this and at first refused to reimburse me for the hydraulic fluid. They did reverse position on that, but the point I am making here, is no one searched for the reason the hyd. tank was low. My next trip out, I found the hyd. leak had been filling the space between the underbelly enclosure and the framerails. When I investigated, I had hyd. fluid all over the place. What a mess. I am now going through the previously mentioned process to get this repaired. I am told they are scheduling work into the first week of February. I will have my unit there before then, but when I get it back, who knows. Meanwhile, I make payments on a brand new unit I can't use.

I recently purchased a brand spanking new 2017, Thor Hurricane 34f. I inquired about it and less than a minute later, Bill L[redacted] was on the phone calling me back, even though it was a holiday (labor Day). I talked to him for a little bit, letting him know my price range and what I was looking for. He knew exactly what to show me online, we live far from Ocala, and since the RV is a 2017, I just wanted to make the deal on the phone, and have them deliver it. Well it was so quick and easy it was almost scary. He was attentive, available and really knowledgeable. By the next morning all was confirmed, approved , signed and on the way with all paperwork to be signed and this weekend I get my motorhome Class A! Cale was the finance person and he was fabulous he explained to both my husband and myself all the steps to be taken, all the documentation needed and all that was to be done. It went without a hitch, now just waiting for my RV to arrive. Excellent service !!!!!

Service department is the best. We have been to 3 RV service department and by far America Choice RV tops them all. We've been there 2x and they have always delivered. They fixed our problem in less than 10 mins.

Very negative experience with these people!! In fact I now believe the whole experience was a scam. For over 6 months we asked for a specific price to be advertised but it was never done. Our sales rep, Jason talked a good story and had plenty of excuses, but even after his brother who also worked there strongly suggested we lower our price and we agreed, Jason would not lower the price to make it more appealing to customers. We are assuming because he works on a commission, but we don't know that for sure. I called him so many times he stopped taking my calls. I had to resort to using a different name so he would answer my calls. I would never do business there and will strongly express my displeasure with as many people as I can
