Was in the Market for a Home and my Wife stumbled upon this Ad saying we can rent to own a home that was a Foreclosure......well I Talked with a Gentleman on the Phone and he Expressed that it was a 100% Risk free and I would Receive my $Joining fee back after Days and Not SucessfulSo it Sounded like a Chance to Get a Home with No Real Issues.....then came the website......Every Single House was Already Listed with a Realtor and to Top it off, Every Listing had Around the Same PriceThen I Decided to Coincide the Website with Google Maps and Zillow/Trulia....I started to realize most of what I was looking at was just random Air Pictures of Houses and Not Any That were Really Being Foreclosed on.....So I sent out Letters, Which was a lot for the size of Town I moved toALL came back with No Forwarding Address and No AnswerSo I have waited my Days to Get my Refund and Have All the Necessary RequirementsNow Instead of a Simple Refund I'm Being told that I need to Send in the Letters I sent out and a Cancellation LetterThey will then Decide if I have Done Enough to get the Refund!?!
