Mr [redacted] was sent out notices on 08/02/17 and 10/06/17 From AAA-we have noted a dispute on his credit bureau-itemized statement is being sent ..once file is resolved we will completely delete from his credit bureau...He can call me directly ###-###-####...Bryan
I am rejecting this response because: The rep I...
initially spoke NEVER mentioned my payment being a "check" in our "recorded" telephone conversation. Also, the "manager" was incredibly unprofessional in their "business's" response and the money the claimed they'd be returning was never returned.
I am rejecting this response because:
1. I did not get an itemized statement. What I got was a photo copy of the bill from Emergency Physicians showing the amount being place in collections. (see attachment) No American Accounts and Advisors information on it at all. No file number. No address. No contact info. I requested all of this. 2. I will not make payments to a company that won't even give me an actual itemized statement with THEIR account number or any of their information. Most certainly not on a website. 3. Having been through this before with collection companies I am well aware of the power of getting something in writing and how easy it is for something to be misconstrued or misheard over the phone. I will not make the same mistakes twice. I don't feel that my request for a statement from them showing my file number with them, their payment address, and contact information is out of line. Once they can produce that, I will begin making payments. If that cannot or will not be provided then they have effectively chosen NOT to settle the debt and it should be removed from my credit bureau reports.

We have check with the credit bureau they have inform us that Her account should be deleted..her I.D number is [redacted] for the credit bureau--They have told us with in 3 days no doubt be removed...If still on her bureau please call Bryan...

There is still a remaining balance but we are removing from her credit bureau..it takes about 30days to completely be removed...Bryan
We are disputing her allegations-we have a recorded conversation of the dates and amounts she wanted us to withdrawal the amount from her checking account..to avoid any further dispute we will send her last payment of 100.00 to her today...[redacted]
She can call us..###-###-####. Bryan...and once its paid we can remove from her credit bureau.
Its only been a couple days for her refund-if its not received in 5 days she should call me-###-###-####..[redacted]

When I spoke to two different people at this place, BOTH, including "Bryan" who responded stated that they did not have the information or debt. "Bryan" asked what was said and when I called on the previous occasion and I specifically stated his rep was recording it and he should know. This is a fabricated response that I will let my lawyer deal with.
