I am rejecting this response because: I contacted the customer service department when I noticed the damage and the agent asked me if I completed a police report, I replied No, I contacted the insurance company first. The agent said ok, I asked the agent if I needed to contact the police and she responded, no you don't have to" when I called to notify the company of the discovery, if the agent had informed me to call the police and complete a report then I would have done so immediately. And furthermore the dent left in the vehicle is more than my deductible. Therefore I reject their response.

We do not have any record of your claim.  While we do try and answer all calls if the hold time is high you can report your loss at www.myamericanalliance.com 24/7.   We will have one of our intake staff follow up as well.  If the court date is concerning a ticket this is not...

Horrible experience! One of their customers hit my car 2 months ago and they have not contact me yet. I have called multiple times, left voicemails and no response at all.

Our office did set up the claim, we sent out initial report of accident report forms on 04/06 and I emailed her that this was done.  Additionally, and we called her set the vehicle up for inspection at one of our repair facilities and we obtained her sons statement as to the accident facts.  I believe Ms. [redacted] owes us a retraction about her comments that we do not utilize the phone and that we have not followed up on her online report of loss.

Horrible insurance company. I was in a car accident on Sunday August 14. Left a message the day of the accident because they was closed. Didnt get a call back from them until Wednesday August 17th, but me trying to make sure my claim was file I called them that Monday of August 15th following the accident. The same day I took my car to the repairshop they suggested I go to so they can take pictures for an estimate. Now supposedly I have full coverage insurance with rental reimbursement, "but" its only for 10 days, and another "but" I was never told they give you 10 days but thats how long it takes to just get an estimate. And after talking to the repairshop it might take another 2 to 3 weeks after he gets my car and remover the exterior dammage for them to get an estimate for anything that needs fixed that they couldnt see from the 1st estimate. Plus another week for thim to fix it thats a total of 6 plus weeks with just 2 weeks rental coverage. What type of business practice is that where you leave your customer with so called "full coverage" insurance to get a rentalfor the next 4 plus weeks. Now I've been calling every week sometimes twice a week to get and up date only to be given the run around. I'm told my estimate is on hold for the pictures then they get the pictures, then its we're waiting to get in contact with the other driver, then we're waiting for the police report. Now I'm waiting on all of this over the course of 3 weeks now with only 2 weeks of rental reimbursement and might car haven't even been approved to get fixed. So I call today September 1st and once again I was told I'm waiting for the pictures to be reviewed and my estimate to approved, even though I called the day before on August 31 to get an update and I was told it could be approved tomorrow and to leave a contact number so I did and also said I will call too. So I called today and basically told it can take up to another 5 to 10 business days. What an inconvenience this has been and would never recommend this company to anybody currently in the process of going with another insurance company I'd rather pay more than to deal with this hassle again.

I filed a claim in December and it is still not resolved. This Insurance company uses extremely unethical procedures and blatantly lies to their customers. I filed a claim in December of 2005 and it is July 2016 and it is still not resolved, even after getting a lawyer and them totaling my vehicle. They consistently go back on their word and at one point, even effected my credit negatively by withholding money for the damage to the vehicle. This company needs to be shut down and Donald [redacted] needs to be forced out of the insurance industry.

Pooor customer service,hangs up on you,car was hit by a deer almost a month ago and they told me I'm lying,every time I call I'm being told something different and when I tell them what I was told before they say I'm lying ,they will not tell me they names ,they just very rude

Was involve in a car accident with American Alliance Insurance. Customer service was terrible, It took one an hr till someone answer the phone, refuse to give the estimate for the repair and will not pay for a car rental, they would like the us to pay at first then they will pay back if at all.

Her attorney recently advised us that they dropped representation for the property portion of the case and we have gone ahead and sent an offer with payment that should reach her by end of the week.  Any prior delay was a result of her attorney failing to send us proofs and only recently (08/31/2017) indicating that they dropped representation for the property portion.  Perhaps she should file a Revdex.com complaint against her attorney who never presented a claim for these damages.

We understand that the complainant is upset about the coverage denial but it does not change the fact that that there is no coverage for this loss given our insured's violation of the provision of their policy contract.

The adjuster is working on the offer to all parties as the property damages from the other party was received this week.  We have not received any medical bills from you.  Please forward so the adjuster can review.  You can email to [redacted]@myamericanalliance.com or fax to...

Ms. [redacted] is fully aware that there is a pending coverage issue as her nephew took the car without permission and she was advised as recently as 12/27/2016 that she needed to provide information relative to his drivers license.  As soon as she provides the needed information we will be able...

to conclude our investigation and resolve the damage to her vehicle.

This appears to be the same complaint as the prio.  Our office did reach out to the complainant and we did open up a new claim which we are handling

I was in an accident on Jan 21 2016. It's almost March 2016 and my car is still NOT fixed!! I called the following day to file a claim and they told me to go to the Berwyn/Cicero Auto to get pics of my car and I did.. That was on a Thursday. I was informed that it will take 2-5 days... I called back the following week and I was told by a very very rude man that I have two claims and that one was made by mistake. And then he changed and said it wasn't a mistake. I asked for the supervisor and told me that I don't need to speak to a supervisor! I asked him his name and he said it was against the law to tell me his name. I felt like it was a run around! Hung up with him. Called American Allaince back and they stated that they never recieved the pics.. They told me I was using the wrong claim number which they gave me two!! They instructed me to call the body shop and give them the other claim number. Finally pics were sent...The place where I make my payments called for me and finally they gave me the adjustor's name and number...Called the adjustor and left several messeges and finally get a response. He left a messege and stated that he was handling my case and that the adjustor is waiting for my pics... his is a hassle and very very inconvienant! Luckly my car is still driveable, but now I need a oil change and my check engine light came on and my hood is smashed and can't be opened. I am very furious! This is the worst insurance company I've worked with... DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THEM.. CUSTOMER SERVCE SUCKS!!

I am rejecting this response because: I received a check in the amount of $348.10 to cover the damage done by their client which is not even 1/3 the amount of the estimate I received from [redacted] Auto Repair, ($1237.59) nor does it cover any of the repairs to damage underneath the car.
I reject the check as an insult to my intelligence and expect American Alliance to not only cover the repair estimate from [redacted] Auto Repair, but also from [redacted] Auto where I will be taking my vehicle to repair the other problems caused by their client when she hit (and tried to run) my car.
