This message is personally to Nikki S[redacted] whom I have personally delt w/ the past 5 years. The office was closed due to technical repair, then re-opening after remodeling, then message was chasnged to thank you for being patient and will be opened and up for business Sept. 14th 2015. I have called no exageration 15 times a day and cant LVM due to it being full w/ Nikki's voice stating her name. The email is undeliverable and my check that I sent 2 months ago still ( I believe not cashed) and no renewal certifications have been sent. My employer was sending everyone to get certified but I knew I was already. The testing has past and my Job is in Jepordy because I haven't given them my yearly certifications. I am beside myself and for the life of me don't understand what is going on. I live in SC or else I'd walk over there personally. This is Obscene and so unprofessional. I need someone to please respond.

It's time to fight back! If you know people certified through the AAAHP we need to sign a petition to get it up and running and taken away from Nikki. I am more than qualified to take over! I am so serious, I have been program coordinator for 7 years, internship coordinator for about 5 years and teaching for 22 going on 23 years and the list goes on!

Here's the thing, I knew the founder of the organization Bill Baxley, whom was a very kind, professional and progressive individual. When he became ill he ask Nikki to take over. I spoke with her on several occasions. Well about 3 years ago I come to find out that she was having issues with the organization. I volunteered to help her get the organization back on it's feet. Myself I have 30 years of experience as a medical assistant as well as 23 years of teaching so who better to know and help with the organization. Of course she turned me down and the results are that they do not exist. I also had the certification and I'm forced to take an EXAMINATION because of poor management!

I too , have been having a much difficult time renewing my license. Is there anything we can do? Ama will not certify,because the college I went to is not affiliated with then. HELP!

Review: I had contacted [redacted] in Nov.2013 by phone to state that I have not yet received my certificate for Medical Billing/Coding Specialist.My check was received in August of 2013. She has repeatedly told me it was in the mail. We went back and forth thru feb of 2014 with no results.Her phone # ###-###-#### automatically goes to voicemail which is full so you can't even leave a message. Review: Spoke to a woman on 5/27/2015 and I expressed to her that I had completed all of my CEU's and was mailing them in with copies of my soon to be expired certification cards in [redacted] along with a check for certification renewal. I expressed concern because my cards expired on 5/30/15. She said it was no problem and she would fax me copies of my new certification cards before she mailed them out to me. Never received anything. Not even new cards in the mail. I've tried repeatedly to contact AAAHP by phone and email. Message said temporarily closed for technical repair. Now, no message, recording saying the number is no longer in service. My son recently went back to school and I can't even apply for any employment in these fields because my certifications are now expired.Desired Settlement: I really would like my new certification cards from this company or the amount of money it's going to take to get certification from another company ($320). AAAHP was not the certification company I chose for myself. Being an Eastern Suffolk BOCES student, I was told who to make my check out to.

Review: I spoke to [redacted] on various ocassions, regarding Medical Assisting Certification, I submitted a money order and 1.5 year later I still have not received my certification . I have been calling the business, leaving messages trying to find a resolution to this problem for the same amount of time , I have clearly been unsuccesful in reaching anyone. I left a message stating that if I was not going to receive Certification to kindly return my Money order. I have yet to hear a response.Desired Settlement: Either feedback on the Certification process or complete refund.

Review: I have been a certified phlebotomist since 2010 upon certification I was told I would receive a renewal reminder. I've never recieved a renewal reminder ever. I took it upon myself to send 835 dollar money order for my renewal certificate in July of 2013 I have not yet received my certificates I've called and track the money order and it was confirmed that trouble a HP has accepted the money order on their behalf but has not given me my certificate. I have been calling for months now to try to get in touch with someone about my certificate. Continued separate phone calls no response left multiple messages. Spoke with her in Oct. and November and she had been out of office. She stated would mail license. Called again in December and she sent a fax copy of license. Must have actual license to apply for positions. Have not been able to reach Mrs. [redacted] by phone or email. Review: I have been trying for over a year to renew my EKG certification. I sent them all the proper information including a check for the renewal fee. I have tried calling serval times the phone number on the website as well as my EKG certification card no one answers. I can not leave a massage because the mailbox is always full. All I want is my certification that has expired, I had to switch my position in the hospital because I did not recieve my renewal. Review: I have three certifications through this organization . I have been trying to reach them for 3 months . Review: I have mailed my information along with the application required and all CEU's required and the payment to renew my combined clinical medical assistant certification on September 4th,2014. My certification was not up until September 30th 2014. However, a month or so later I had still not recieved my certification renewal card in the mail,and wasnt sure why I had called the triple AAAHP several times to get no answer and no return phone,call to my voicemails left. As I continued to call going on a month and a half since it was mailed I finally reached a human and was told it was being put in the mail that day. That was around the 22nd of October. About 2 weeks later I had yet to recieve it in the mail so again began to cal as now my certification has expired and received again only voicemails. I left again several voicemails to receive no return call. It is now December 29th,2014 and I have yet to recieve a call back or,my certification. This is very professionalism I had the same problem when trying to get certified they and was told they lost my check. Now, I am at a loss of what to do as I was told it was in the mail back in October but have not received it. I have contacted them again this new year of 2015 after filing another complaint with the Revdex.com amd getting no where. I have left 3 other voicemails for the company since since january 10th and have yet to receive a phone call back. Very unpleased as my job is on the line. Review: I call AAAHP and was told to submit a money order to renew my certification in Feb 2014. I went to the Post Office and purchased and sent one off. I called a week later and was told that she got it and that my card were in the mail. After which I have been calling ever since and all I have been hearing whenever she would finally answer was. " I sent it, it must've gotten lost in the mail. I will resend it." Or I would get the voice mail most of the time. Now here it is 2016 and I still haven't heard from her nor have I gotten my cards. I have missed out on so many jobs and right now I may loose my current job because of this. UGHHH. this is so unfair Legal action is my next step If I don't get my renewal for this year and next year. I know of 7 more people in my area that AAAHP has done this to they have cashed the checks and didn't send the cards out and now won't return anyones callsDesired Settlement: I would like my renewal cards for this year and next year. I have missed out on jobs and now I may loose the job I have now if I don't submit my cards.

Review: I WAS A CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT BY THIS COMPANY. I RENEWED MY CERTIFICATION, THEY CASHED MY CHECK FOR $35.00 WHICH IS THE RENEWANL RATE AND NEVER SEBT ME MY NRE CERTIFICATION. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR THE PAST 12 MONTHS AND THE MAILBOX OF NICKY SCHMUER IS ALWAYS FULL.

I have had Medical Assistant certification with AAAHP for about 12 years now and every year I have a VERY hard time getting my renewal. I call numerous times with no response, more than half the time Nikki Schomer's voicemail is full and not excepting messages. I try to email and my emails fail. It is very frustrating for me because this is my life as a medical assistant. there is a potential change that I could lose my job over me not getting my renewal certification I have done everything that is required of me. I fill out my CEU long and pay my $35 for the renewal. I'm not sure what the problem is, all I know is when I do get to speak with Nikki S. she has excuses after excuses on way she has not gotten back with me. This is a business and she is messing with peoples lives. I don't think I the only one that has this problem because when her voicemail is always full and I can't leave a message, its leads me to believe I'm not the only one trying to reach her. All I have ever asked for is just communication, she lives in a different state and so I only have phone and email contact with her. Communication is key I running a good business. If someone could give me contacts to her manager I would greatly appreciate it.
