Review: I spoke to [redacted] on various ocassions, regarding Medical Assisting Certification, I submitted a money order and I still have not received my certification . I have been calling the business, leaving messages trying to find a resolution to this problem for the same amount of time , I have clearly been unsuccesful in reaching anyone. I left a message stating that if I was not going to receive Certification to kindly return my Money order. I have yet to hear a response.

Review: I am a Certified Phlebotomist, and have been for the past 7 years. In 2014 I submitted my check for recertification along with my CEU'S. As of 8-5-15 I have not received my certification card. I know that I have to recertify every year, but without the card I have no idea when my certification expires. I have called numerous times, and have left voice messages when the answering machine wasn't full, but I have yet to receive a response from anyone. I know that my check was cashed on 5-7-14, but I have not received a card or any information. I think that this is ridiculous, and don't feel that I should have to go through so much turmoil to be certified. I would love to receive my certification for this year and the next year as an accomadation for all the turmoil that I have had to endure. The lack of professionalism is unexcusable.Desired Settlement: I want my Certification for this year, and the next year.

Review: I found out about this buisness through a friend who recieved her certification very promtly after sending a $90.00 money order for phlebotomy. I sent in a $90.00 money order in March 2014 with a letter of recommendation as asked of me and I still havent received my certificate or my money back. It has been 7 months and I have tried numerous times to contact [redacted]. I just had a baby and im waiting on this to search for a new job. last time I spoke to her was 3 months ago and she told me there was a death in her family and that it was on her desk and sending it out that day. she also told me I would recieve it in the mail 7 to 10 buisness days. here I am 3 months later still waiting for it. this is all very frustrating.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my certification ASAP or a refund.

Review: I sent $60 for each re-certification I needed (2) back in June of 2015. It is now Sept 2016 and I still never received my certifications. Everytime I try to call, I get no where because either no answer or the mailbox is full. Even the contact email listed doesn't work. At this point I'm having my attorney open a case against AAAHP as I can see I'm not the only one who has been ripped off. Anyone else would like join in please feel free.Desired Settlement: I want my recertifications a.s.a.p. No more excuses as to why I never received them, just send me my certs.
