Hi, I have submitted my transcripts for evaluation on Feb 2015 and till date I haven't received any update neither on email nor on call. It is already been 3 months now and my admission is getting delayed, and I understand 3 months is enough time.
At-least you should be courteous enough to let us know when can expect the evaluation results.

I submitted my course by course evaluation of my international degree in February 2015 and until today, 05/18/2015, it has not been done. Last year, one of my classmates who graduated from the same school at the same year has submitted the same application to AACRAO and his evaluation was done within 15 days from the date he first submitted the required documents. Apparently, this organization has a secret discriminative agenda for how they treat different applicants.
During these three months I tried calling them more than 20 times and I have left more than 10 voice messages without any answer or response. Finally I decided to email them; and after 10 emails I got two replies to two of them. The last response was a week ago saying that the evaluation is done and been sent upstairs to be finalized. A whole week for them and yet not reviewed yet.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any business and I would like to share my experience with other customers to warn them. This organization fails in almost everyway, such as communication, professionalism, fairness,,,,.

I am not be able register for the fall and the classes started to be filled. I contacted them via email several occasions however they keep delaying my paperwork.

Review: I have sent my transcript for evaluation on 5/31/2013 . I had misunderstanding about where the copy of evaluation to be sent. So, before my order enter the process of evaluation I have contacted them both by phone and by email to change the mailing address where the copy to be sent. I have waited for a month, then I contacted them to ask why I didn't receive the evaluation.Unfortunately, they sent it to the wrong address and told me that another copy on the way. The other copy has been sent also to the wrong address !! For the third time they told me they are going to send me my copy. Two months since I submitted my order and I haven't received my copy. They no longer reply to my emails either ! They don't know that sending the copy to the wrong address has caused me a lot of troubles. Besides, the frustration from waiting for my copy everyday and didn't arrive.

Review: I sent my high school transcript to be evaluated by Aacrao in the last week of December 2012. During that week, Aacrao was closed for the holidays. I called the following week to ask them if everything was ok, if they had my paper, the payment, and if they needed something else from me. The gentleman on the phone(which needs a lesson about customer service), told me that they had received everything and no action was necessary on my part. I then asked how long was going to take to get the job done, he said 2 weeks. I paid the $75 fee for this service. A month and a half later I called again asking what was happening because I had not received my paper evaluated. I called 3 times, in the forth time someone answered and told me that he was the front desk, he could not do anything for me. I called on that night and left a message saying that I was going to speak with a supervisor if they don't call me. On the next day that same person I spoke in January called me. He said that I didn't submit the translation. I told him that I called in January and he said no action was necessary, that was the first mistake. I then asked how long after I send the translation until the job is done, he said 2 weeks. Well, this was at the end of February. We're in May and I have not received the paper yet. I called them last Monday asking for my paper to be done by last Friday or I was going to report them. So far nothing. I'm still waiting for this. I need this for my college. This is holding me back. Please help me.Desired Settlement: I need my evaluation done on my high school transcript by the end of May or my $75 back.

I have applied for my evaluation ( 88739 ) on 23th of October and they said with in 3 weeks my report will be shipped to the address what I have provided during the application and till now nothing is been done they didn't even completed my evaluation and for them to send my documents it will take one more week. I have my dead lines till 12th of November. Its really upsetting because I put my faith and trust on them and they ruined my life. they are not giving me proper response and when ever I called them they will say it will be done soon. my whole career will be vanish because of them. if that's happen I wont be alive.

Review: I sent my transcripts from the Netherlands July 4th and only got a reply sometime in September that they were missing a document. On their website, they state it takes about 7 business days to complete an evaluation, so I was a little confused about this. Then, after I sent them all the documents, it took them over a month to actually finish the evaluation. All in all, it took around 3 months to get anything back from them. They sent it to the wrong address, even though they told me they had sent it to the right address. There was no way to call them, they never picked up and admin did not respond in a timely manner via email. When I received the documents, they were very poorly done and not even accurate. They have no knowledge of Dutch school systems and now, I have to look for a different agency to translate my transcripts. I lost over 3 months of time dealing with AACRAO. I explained my concerns about the evaluation, but never got a reply. I basically wasted 3 months of my time and $190.Desired Settlement: A refund and an apology OR an apology and a competent evaluator with proper knowledge of the Dutch school system to take another look at my transcripts.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have been offered a re-evaluation before by this company - for an additional $50. No new information was given, it looks like a copy paste message. Even if an evaluation on average takes 7 days, to take over 90 days to finish it is a huge gap and almost misrepresentation. I have consulted with a different organization who told me my diplomas were highly undervalued by AACRAO. AACRAO offers nothing to fix their mistake except for asking for more money from me.

also submit a re-evaluation fee of $50. If

I am rejecting this response because:

I have already contacted another evaluation agency here in Beverly Hills and they already confirmed they would recommend a Masters degree as the equivalent to my Dutch Masters degree. They are recognized by every University here in California which leads me to conclude that your evaluator really is not knowledgeable on the Dutch educational system. I will definitely not put more money towards your organization and am very disappointed that you are not considering to give me a refund based on the amount of time and money you've wasted for me.
