My son parked in their lot which was unmarked except for a small sign in the far corner. We are willing to pay the parking fee but no additional fees.
My son parked in their lot with his friend. They were both ticketed. They both disputed their tickets and provided photos of the entrance they used where there was NO signage indicating that this was a paid lot. Upon receiving their tickets they were able to determine that it was a paid lot by going to the opposite corner of the lot where signage existed but was not visible from the entrance they used. My son's friend's ticket was dismissed if he agreed to pay the parking fee of $5. My son's ticket was NOT dismissed and the fee has now escalated to $75. Now they are contacting me over the ticket since my name is included on the title of his car. The woman who called would not listen to me, talked over me and hung up on me before I had a chance to say nearly anything.

Dec 2017 I parked at Fassler at 530pm - came out to my car an hour later with someone a ticket for the wrong car from earlier in the afternoon (230pm). I did not think anything of this citation because it was obviously wrong. Collections called; very rude and unreasonable about settling this "debt." I then emailed disputes and they told me they won't dispute anything over 10 days old. I did not pay to park, I would have paid $25 if I knew I had a citation linked to my vehicle.

I parked in a lot seemingly void of indication of any need to pay anyone. Upon returning to my car, I found a ticket, informing me that I had failed to pay someone, and that I now owed someone $25. After further investigation, I found one sign, on the other side of the lot, behind a wall and facing away from my entrance, saying that to park here, I would have to pay $5. There was a phone number on their ticket, which, when called, greeted me coldly with a recording of someone who sounded more irritated with the information he was giving then I did having to call them. I was told by this voice that I was to file a complaint on their website if I wished to further despute this ticket. I have filed the complaint, and await a response.

There was no signage at the entrance to parking area to dictate parking fees in a traditionally free parking area yet I was still given a citation.
On December 9th, I exited S. Frankfort ave into the parking lot behind the boxyard. I went into the boxyard and returned to see a parking citation on my dash. There was no sign indicating a parking fee by the entrance I came through. So, I looked at the other two entrances to the lot. One on third ave and another further down on frankfort. They both had signs indicating parking fees. Yet, neither of these signs were visible from the entrance I came through. I had no way of knowing there was payment for parking in this lot coming from the entrance on Frankfort.

I'm not against paying for parking. What I am against is companies charging people for parking without posting signage that is viewed by every entrance. My ticket should be voided and signage should be placed in full view of every entrance in order to operate morally and to stop scammingn customers.
