Ordered from them and received a specific # of days for manufacture and ship date (2 specific dates). They missed this by more than double the time. I also sent 2 emails to their customer service department, neither of which they responded to. When I called to ask questions on both, a customer service manager told me both were "out of his control" and he "didn't know".

Placed an order and was told it would ship in approximately 2 days. A month later I called and was told the product was discontinued and unavailable. It was still listed on the website. They never initiated any contact with me.

Email is the best way to communicate to avoid waiting for service. Our emails are replied to within one business day or less! The address is [email protected].
I  have reviewed your order and spoken with the manufacturer of your 1" fauxwood blinds. The wand length you received (24" without the eye hook--26" with the hook) is the shortest wand the manufacturer has available. They simply do not have wands shorter than that. 
We can offer you a cord tilter mechanism that you can replace your wand tilter mechanism with. It is an easy repair, and it will take less than 10 minutes per blind. The other option is to cut the wand yourself.
Please let me know if you would like to replace your wand tilters with cord tilters. Then please close this complaint.
