shower: had garbage in the rooms, and possibly enjoyed her stay. 3. The fact is, she payed 75.00 which is 68.81+ tax on 4th of July long weekend. Her problem is why did she pay total of $75.00. Well that weekend other hotels was almost twice moor monies  then what we charge. We are a Budget Hotel and a limited service an our name is a Budget Motel. We do not provide full service or breakfast, we provide basic room with basic amenities nothing fancy. Our regular rate for weekend is $65.00. But on the long weekend the price goes up. Like all the other Hotel. We cannot refund any monies. This person use the room to the fullest. This is like saying I went to see a movie, after the movie was finished, I was not satisfied and say I want a full refund. We are sorry. No refund.

I am rejecting this response because:My complaint is about the condition of the MATTRESS, the shower door that didn't stay shut, the tv didn't have a remote, and the room was filthy before we stayed. I currently live in Los Banos, CA.

I found few spot of red stain on the bed spread that I monitored very closely look identical of a red felt pen marker mark. This mark did not come out after washing...

and washing again. THIS WAS NOT BLOOD, inside the bed the pillow cases and the bed sheets had no problem.  The rest of the room was complete operational. Here’s what happen on my inquiry Mr. [redacted] was very rude to the employee, (2) the employee upgraded the room for free (3) the customer is well aware if our pricing, the sign have base rate AND UP. If we were to put all the pricing we would need a very very big sign. To remedy the situation I will offer a free night to Mr. [redacted]. Thank you for letting me know.

you for smoking in a non smoking room. They have stayed 2 or 3 nights here. Upon checkout the maid check the room the maid said the room was smoked in. The maintenance said same, the front desk officer checked the room before. Charg smelled smoked of marijuana any cigaret smoke, the insence was just an excuse. all three of the employee said the same. There is nothing wrong with the room, and the room does not have any odor the only was left behind was the smell of cigarette and marijuana. According to the employee we suggest to customer if you want to smoke in room take a smoke room.

Review: First off, this isn't a hotel, it's a homeless shelter...We arrived out of state for a funeral and ended up booking this room through an online service. As soon as we walked in my wife burst into tears....This was by far the most discusting room we have ever seen. Within minutes my sobbing wife went to te desk to ask for a refund and was denied. We took the sheets off to look at the bed, and there were pysical chunks missing out of the bed. We always use our own sheets so we kind of swallowed it and rolled wit it. ad to get insence just to stomach the odor. Bombarded by people asking for money or a cigarette every time I went out smoke. That's right, went out side to smoke. She even came by and saw me sitting on the step one morning smoking. After getting home we find out there's another 100 dollar charge by them. When we contacted them they said we were smoking insence in the room. Yes, we burned some insence so we could stomach the odor, but thats all that was smoked in that room. When I called to explain that to her she began yelling at me and hung up on meDesired Settlement: As bad as everything was, you live you learn...read reviews next time...my major complaint now is the 100 charge for smoking. That's all, just refund the 100 you fradulently charged me, the money you stole, the $100. Thats all, just a simple refund of monies you had no right to take. Some may construde that as theft..... I am rejecting this response because:Nobody smoked in the room. The managers even saw me outside on numerous occasions smoking. Run your shady homeless shelter, and if you are not offended by that odor, than I see how you have no issue with the rest of the filth..I however do. You shall never see me or anyone I know or anyone they know within any distance of this rat hole

Review: I went to the hotel to stay me and my kids I notice at night that it was bed bugs I call the night staff to show him he seen it and said that it was nothing he can do cause he was by him self and had to go do a walk around the hotel then he said that the owner will come at 6:00 am so I said ok I waited for the owner when I tell him about it he say he don't have no history of bed bugs and he will come to check and never came I look out the door he was at the gate talking to a friend so now its check out time I go the next day to show him how I got bitten up he act as if he didn't care he still rented out the room while I was there he had house keeping come get sheets but left the blanket so I told no wonder you have no history because you keep renting the room out you didn't even come check it out you got the room ready to be rented again then I called the police to make an reportDesired Settlement: and I would like to take him to court I have picture and I was treated unfairly and disrespected

A man came into office on Saturday morning May 16th 15 around 9: or 9:30AM with a squashed bug? I don’t know what kind of bug. He said “This bug bit my 1 yr old baby and said want a full refund of my night that I stayed” I said we have not had any complaints about this room as we have rented this room everyday, but I will check the room. I came out to go to his room he was talking to a white girl sitting on the ledge of a flower bed for over an hour while I was around this man outside, we do not enter anyone room just like that unless the gives us permission to enter which he did not because he was busy talking to the white girl after he left the room. The maintenance man was instructed to check out the room for bed bugs but he found NO Bugs in that room and that same room was rented again and did not receive any complaints. Now two days later a lady came to the office in the morning which is Sunday May 16th this is the 2 day 2 night later said I want my monies back or refund and started shouting in the office. This lady would not let me talk but kept on shouting at me give my monies back. I got a bit by a bug. I told her let me talk I said a few words and she did not want to listen to me but give me my money back. The man said the little baby got bit the lady said she got bit??? This lady and the baby was not there and the man was talking to a white girl 2 days before. This is all I know nothing to me that proved that a bug? Was the reason to give money back. Thank youPlease note these people are regular customers of this motel.

This place was bad. They advertised They had a pool and had picture posted making it look like a nice place but when we got there the pool was empty and the office and room smelled bad. The air conditioner Would not even cool the hot smelly room down because it kept kicking on and off ever 5 seconds the toilet Was running the towels had holes in them the sheets were stained. When I asked to be moved to another room they won't it they sent a hand man up instead to try to fix the stuff. The door handles were sticky. The hadn't cleaned the air condition in for ever we called the handy man back up to clean it which still didn't help cool the hot room down. The front desk woman was rude. Over all we felt like we were in hotel hell. They wouldn't give our money back but we couldn't stay at a place like that so we left and found a nice place

Review: My husband and I were on our way home from out of town and both of us were exhausted so we found a hotel off the freeway to rest since it was 3:00 AM in the morning on New Years, we called several places and this was the first one we found that actually had a room available so we took it. We paid for our room and went up to look at it, me being nine months was worried about cleanliness so I looked under the top blanket to find dirty sheets and clearly could see the dirty mattress since there was no fitted sheet, let alone a sheet that fit to cover the mattress. So I went down to ask for a refund since I could not stay there and hadn't even been in the room for more then 2-3 minutes, the manager who was extremely rude continued to tell me that there's no refunds at all that its not his rules its the hotels. He then told me I have never been to a hotel before because all hotels don't have fitted sheets and that's why they are called "budget hotels" and if I wanted fitted sheets to go to the Ritz. I asked who to call since he was the manager to escalate the issue he gave me the business card and said call in the morning. I asked who I would be calling in the morning since he was the manager and he responded with just call in the morning, not giving me an answer as to who I was looking for. Being upset and nine months pregnant I walked away and had my husband go give the key back and ask for a receipt that I was never given he then started cursing at him telling him he never said any of that and told him "he's going to say this one time, there's the gate you need to leave or I'm going to call the police". So we did just that and left and continued to just drive home. I then called this morning and got a rude young man who said if I wanted to talk to the owner I would have to research the hotel and find the owners. SO I asked him "I have to research the hotel and find the owner to escalate a problem with management?" and his response was "yup." and then hung up on me.Desired Settlement: Not only would I like to have a refund being that I didn't even stay at the hotel I would like the business to be looked in to so other people don't have to experience such rude customer service and unhealthy accommodations.

Dear Sir/madam: you mention on the third line, you paid for a room went up to look at it, at3 am in the room people normally go to sleep in the room. It is obvious you must have been in the room for some time, and used the room bed soap towels, bathroom. Then you decided not to stay and complained about there was no fitted sheet. So that means everything was good. Then you said the night manager was rude. It is obvious to me you and your husband must of threatened the night manager for him to go as far to call the police. Here is what I can do for you next time you come to town we can give you some discount in the room you right and perhaps on availability we might be able to upload the policy is if you use the room. I am rejecting this response because: like I stated in my previous email I went to the room for 2-3 minutes what can I really do besides go in the room look at the dirty bed and broken heater and turn around. I did not feel the need to look in the bathroom let alone use anything in that room. And secondly both my husband and I were nothing but nice to your manager who was completely rude from the beginning, it was him that started pointing fingers and cursing at my husband. And the only reason he said he was going to call the police was because my husband asked for a receipt, what kind of threat could that possibly be from our side? I do not want a discount nor do I ever plan on wanting to stay there ever, I would like a refund and your manager spoken to about customer service that your website says you somehow thrive on.

Thank you again – No. 1. In your last letter you said you paid for a room then you went up to look at it? Usually people pay for a room and use it? No 2. You said you look under blanket, now you said you only look at it? You also mention about fitted sheets? So clearly you used the bed. No 3. At 3am as you said you was searching for a room for a long time. You did use the bathroom. 4. You also said you was upset. So your behavior to the manager was rude in manner and I was told you was cursing out the manager so he told you he would call the police. This is what I find, your own words statement do not match. You have obviously used the room, you do not want to admit, our policy as you was shown no refund. We are sorry we cannot give to you refund as per company policy.

I am rejecting this response because: 1. You have to pay for a room before you see it, yes? So no we did not use it. 2. Just because we were looking for rooms does not mean anyone had to use your restroom so don't assume. 3. Your sheets don't fit the bed so it's not hard to see that it's not fitted all you have to do is move one corner of blanket, and once again we did not use it. 4. I am 9 months pregnant and was freezing cold I never had attitude nor did I curse, you clearly are a business so you must have cameras so why don't you check them and see how your manager was the one who was rude. I really do not appreciate being told what I did or how I acted and yes my words make sense, maybe you're not reading correctly or choosing what you want to read. I clearly can see this is going no where I just hope no one else has to deal with such bad customer service as I can see people already have. After researching your hotel I can see all the bad complaints it has, I just wish I had researched it before going there, then again who really researches a hotel at 3 am?

Review: I went to rent a room on 08/01/2015 at 10:35 pm. There advertising outside sign says $39.99. when I rented the room #215, They say its $65.00. I did rent it for $65.00. but when I went to the room, the window was broken and the toilet also were broken. I went back to the cashier and she said I give you free upgrade to room 115. when I went to the room I found a blood on the bed.it scares me. If someone has HIV I might get sick. I took photos of the blood and went to the cashier to show her that. she said I can't do that for you again and again. I then asked her to give me my money back. she refused too. I asked for the manager, she said tomorrow morning. I called the morning asking and the manger were yelling at me with out letting me talk and hang up to my face. I called her again and told her, you shouldn't hang up on me and let me talk. she refused and I said I will sue you, she then said go ahead and hanged up. please help me teach them how to deal with customers and get my refund. I am asking for $107 because that's how much I rented the next place. I also asking for gas money and time. thank you.Desired Settlement: I want the refund of my money and time I wasted going to there place. also I am afraid if I had touch the blood. Review: As soon as I saw the room I requested a refund & wasn't given one. Then my girlfriend was sleeping & woke up with a bed bug on her. I requested anothet refund & was denied.Desired Settlement: They said I sign the contract at the bottom which is the check in form but if they would have clearly stated they had bed bugs and that their rooms were dirty I would have never signed. I pray and hope that I didn't bring bed bugs home with me due to the fact that they travel so easily. There really a disgusting motel and need to be shut down

Dear sir/madam, up on my inquiry with the night front desk officer. The night officer had told me this person came after several hours after checked in and said about a bug. The night manager did check and it was a beatle. That comes from empty land in the back that [redacted] owns. The night manager explained to customer, and no more was said. The evening front desk officer rented this room. They were told no refund can be given this conversation was 5-7 hours prior to bug. We believe this customer just did not want to stay here, from the few hours after check in. Front desk personnel would of changed room. There are over 100+ rooms on this property. This property rent in a month over 1,000. Room night it is unfortunate we are a budget motel @ budget prices. Cost hotels in Modesto are very high prices but we keep our rooms clean, safe and very quite place to stay.Thank you
