I am rejecting this response because:The fitment was not for my application as I stated.They sold me a fender for a smaller tire and wheel combination.They also told me they would refund the full amount and not deduct for shipping or re-stocking.

[redacted], This customer purchased handlebars from us. Customer had the handlebars sitting at another dealership for 2 + months. Customer had another dealer install the handlebars. The customer called after the bars were installed and tells us there is a chip. The bars were either not...

inspected prior to purchase or the other dealer damaged them on installation. We have a printed 60 day return policy but any cosmetic issues must be reported prior to installation. We will always take returns within 60 days on uninstalled parts for cosmetic issues. Our policy clearly states this. We do not take returns on installed products if it is a cosmetic issue. Bought a Air Cleaner that they advertised fit my yr and style of bike. When received, It clearly did not fit my yr. Emailed them and they tried to say I bought the wrong part and it was my fault and refused to return it. This company clearly does false advertising and has NO return policy that is fair to consumers. People should be very aware of this company and stay away from buying anything they sale and false advertise.
