I am rejecting this response because:The investigation and review of the garments in question has not been completed at this date. I will reserve judgement on this issue until the review has been completed and I have heard back form the independent arbitrator.

We did the best would the coats, and when she brought this to our attention, we asked to try to re-clean them, but she didn’t want us to. In good faith, we refunded her $11.97.

We have contacted this customer and have reached a mutually agreeable resolution to this matter

Ms. [redacted] brought her sweater in to clean in February and picked it up in March. She did not complain until November, which is more than 6 months letter, which is why she was denied the first time. We do not want bad publicity or a bad name, so we will refund her money as soon as she returns with the sweater.

check in the amount of $80.00 has been mailed to her to reimburse her for the cost of the missing shirt. She was also sent $20.00 in gift certificates for her inconvenience and in hopes that she will still patronize our business. Again, we are truly sorry for all of the confusion.

I was contacted by a representative from the customer service department apologizing for the runaround I was given about my husbands shirt. We have since received in the mail this week the $80 check for my husband to replace his white dress shirt and the $20 in gift cards.

Review: I dropped off roughly a dozen articles of clothing to be dry cleaned with the understanding they would be ready 24 hours later. After returning to pick up the clothing, I gave the clerk my claim ticket and she only produced 6 shirts. after asking her about the remaining articles, she proceeded to tell me to return the following day because the pants were sent to another location to be processed. At that time, I asked her for the claim ticket that had previously given her and she stated that I didn't give her a ticket. I began to explain to her how disturbing and inconvenient this is going to be.

This was, by far, the most unprofessional case of customer service ever! She called me the N-word. I realized how quickly this situation could take a downward spiral if I did not do some fast thinking. I called the police in an effort to bring some order to this situation. After the police came she was able to produce a ticket for me.

The fact that she was able to create a ticket for the police , but not for me , proves that she was not willing to extend a satisfactory level of customer service to me. There is no way she should ever treat a customer that way.Desired Settlement: I hope to have all of my articles cleaned and returned to me in a timely manner. Or reimburse me for the value of my clothes. The owner should be notified about the level of customer service the employees are giving.

Review: This dry cleaners has a big lighted sign in front of the business advertising $2.25 dry cleaning. None of their prices are $2.25. I was charged $3.50 and $4.50 for each item. When I inquired about the price difference, the clerk said it is a little misleading. This is totally false advertising and should not be allowed.Desired Settlement: I want the big lighted company sign in front of the business removed so no other customers are misled by false advertising of the prices.
