Hello, sorry for the delay our internet has been down due to a storm here however We have talked with the customer a few times and she wanted to return a leather vest that she had for well over days and our return policy clearly states that if over days it cannot be returned or refundedShe has even admitted that she saw the return policy We offered her a credit to get something else which she has not done Our policy clearly states the day return policy on all leather goods

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me I don't believe for a second that this business really tried to contact me via email to refund our money as I checked my spam folder and there is zero response Their story about records being purged after days doesn't line up either as I pursued a refund way before that period This is a shady business with shady practices and it takes filling complaints with [redacted] and the Revdex.com to get issues resolved Did they refund our money? Yes If it is acceptable is borderline and they need to 100% change the way they do business Regards, [redacted]

We had emailed this customer because we needed his address confirmed in order to send him a check as our system purges all information for their protection and we must have been spammed but we emailed again and got through and he sent us his address and we sent the check right outWe have
sent him a check # *** and have taken care of itthanks
