Hello, sorry for the delay our internet has been down due to  a storm here .. however We have talked with the customer a few times and she wanted to return a leather vest that she had for well over 30 days and our return policy clearly states that if over 30 days it cannot be returned or...

refunded. She has even admitted that she saw the return policy . We offered her a credit to get something else which she has not done.  Our policy clearly states the 30 day return policy on all leather goods.

have.  The order number is correct and the address given for [redacted] is the address of my housemate.  I usually receive my mail at the PO Box I gave but [redacted] and I do live at the address given.  If anything is sent there I will receive it.  If American Equipage wants to use this address for sending the refund they are free to do so.  However, I would prefer not to formally close this matter until they verify that this will be the case.  Please let me know if there is any other information they require from me.
