On May 14, 2017 I purchased a sofa at American Freight in ***, . My salesperson was Jake. The store only had the loveseat in stock but Jake said he could order the sofa size for me and have it delivered to their ***, *** store where I could pick it up. This was a perfect solution since I live in ***.Jake said it would take a maximum of 4 weeks to arrive and the *** store would contact me when it arrived. I agreed and paid for the sofa in full. I waited 4 weeks and never heard from anyone. I called the *** store and they said I was not even in their system. I called the *** store and spoke with James. He checked and said a sofa "similar to the one" I ordered was delivered to their ***, *** store. I told him *** and *** were 4 hours away from me on the opposite side of the state. James told me the ONLY solution available to me was to drive to *** and pick it up there. I asked why it could not be redirected to *** or reordered. James reiterated that the only solution he could offer me was to drive 4 hours and pick it up. I told him I was very upset and that he did not seem to be concerned about customer service. He replied "that is understandable". I asked about refunding my card and he said I needed to come into the store for that. They took my money and had I not called them, I would never have received my sofa or my money back.AS it is, I have no sofa and no refund. Buyer Beware!

We have contacted *** so #*** about the Revdex.com complaint I have offered to reimburse customer for a U-Haul truck to pick up sofa from the *** location. Customer is going to think about the offer for a day or two and get back with me when she has figured out arrangements.

I purchased a bedroom set from the *** location of American Freight and made my final payment on 05/25/2017. I was assured my furniture would be in stock by 06/03/2017. I rented a *** to pick up my furniture, but when I arrived it was not in stock. The company promised that I would get free delivery of my furniture on 06/04/2017. When I called to find out what time the delivery would be made, I was told that my furniture was in *** It was then promised that my furniture would be delivered on 06/05/2017, but again, I never got my furniture. When I called to complain, I was promised that I would receive $150.00 back as compensation and that my furniture would arrive no later that today, Monday 06/12/2017. Today I got a phone call from a delivery driver saying that he was in my area and would be by to deliver my furniture. He never showed up and when I attempted to call him, he did not answer. When I called the American Freight store to let them know, they also were unable to contact the driver. I am very concerned that I will never receive my furniture or my money back.

Waiting on her to contact the store so we can process the refund to her card. She has everything but the nightstand and Mirror which I am bringing back from *** at the end of this week.

I returned the phone call to American Freight at 5:03 PM on 6/19/17. I was told that I would hear back on Friday about the status of the missing 2 pieces of furniture. I was also instructed to wait until I receive the furniture before I get a refund. I will only accept a resolution once I actually have the furniture and refund.

We apologize that *** has damaged this mirror!! American Freight will have a replacement tomorrow 7/7 at the store she purchased in.

I purchased a dresser on March 24th 2017 it was delivered to my house that same day damaged I contacted them the next day with pictures showing of the damage they did not have a replacement dresser I waited 2 months no contact from them even though I called them every week found out that they do have another dresser in stock and have had for 3 weeks and I still have not had my dresser replaced I have been told that they only replace and deliver on Sundays I work every Sunday they have not made any contact with me at all

We are bringing a replacement Dresser out to this customer today.

I bought a bed from them for my vacation home on the third time sleeping on it with be and my husband it fell in on us while we was sleeping in the middle of the night the supports broke holding the mattress up ( we are not heavy people ) , I took pictures and showed them what happen they said that the bed had been discontinued so they would fix it with the parts they had because they had a lot of them they send they third party person out who took the bed a part and the left saying he'd be back never Heard from them so finally call they said the guy said we jumped up and down on the bed why would 2 adults jump up and down on a $700 bed now they say there's nothing they will do and keep giving us the run around this is clearly a low quilality bed or was put together wrong by them we had to pay $100 only in cash for them to put it together , this is dangerous and we could of been seriously hurt I'm in my 50's and have never had something like this happen

We purchased a living room suit in November which included couch love seat coffee table and 2 end stands paid 1,100.00 for it the cushions on the couch went flat within 4 months so much we were feeling the board under us I called the store let them know they had me email pictures which I did they told me it was under their warranty but they had to contact the company who manufactured it I have kept in contact with them weekly they keep telling me the company has not given the ok yet they assure me that they will replace it but still after 8 weeks I still have this broken down couch we sit on love seat i'm afraid doing this the love seat will look like crap before the couch is replaced
