Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The whole response is inaccurate. I spoke to sales and ordered and cancelled product on 2/20. "Kate" said impossible to cancel an orderSpoke to "Mark" who said it was, but they had charged my credit card $on that day per my credit card company. Calling on 2/twice - nobody has an ordercalling on 2/was no order but then "there is a voided order"Asking where is my refund - the response was it was impossible to charge me which I knew was totally again. I filed complaints with many agencies about the way this company conducts business with the public. It's not a training issue or incompetence or disabled people- they don;t return call messages, they don;t send out letters or e-mails regarding their business with you. It was totally inaccurate that I must have gotten a communication in my "spam folder". It was totally inaccurate that I wasn't charged for a cancelled orderIt was totally inaccurate advertising that was placed in the local newspaperNot one single person takes responsibility for all the wrong doing that occurs connected with this company without even addressing if there is any validity to the product claims..
