I am writing to respond the the complaint from [redacted] I am not sure what exactly I did not respond to? The complaint was about a vehicle purchased at Thompsons CDJR and why it was not certified I have reviewed the file and see where they had lowered the price of a vehicle extended service contract to compensate for the certfied program I do however see that the extended service contract did not provide the same coverage that the Certified coverage would have been I would be willing to look at your receipts and reimburse you for anything that should have been covered by the Certified coverage.That coverage would have been for months from the date of sale The sale of the vehcile was on 7/24/15! Again the reason there was not certified coverage on the vehcile is the fact it is a GM product purchased from the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership Chrysler will not allow us to certify a competative make product.Finally I would also reiemburse the leander for the amount of the service contract - provided it has not been cancelled prior to the 24th of July [redacted] ***

I have gotten a hold of the general manager at Thompson Buick GMC and the issue is now resolved , I would like to drop my complaint effective today 3/20/16Thank you for your help with the situation ***

Hi [redacted] , sorry for the slow response, it went to the owner only & he was out of town when it was originally sentAs for the customer complaint, they had two vehicles with the same recallIt entitled them to a rental for $per day, per vehicle if it was a Toyota, and $ if other makeCustomer got two rentals, one at the correct amount and another for a far greater amountWe didn’t authorize this increased amountWe told them that their complaint is with [redacted] ***We did submit a special request to Toyota to cover the upgraded rental for this customer and it’s still pending approval Thanks; [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because Mr***, My reason for contacting Revdex.com is to seek accountability from Thompsons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership because I believe they conducted business with me in a questionable manner I am not unwilling to communicate with you directly, however, it is of the utmost importance for me to have a third party involved not only for the purpose of mediation but also as an unbiased presence until this matter is resolvedI feel the best way to do that is to ensure that our interactions are duly documented Moreover, the fact that you have disregarded the request to provide a response to all of the issues brought to your attention, as well as evading several topics in the resolution piece of the complaint, concerns meObviously, all are important to me, but one is certainly more crucial than others, i.ethe advertisement of a CPO GMC vehicle on your website, pre and post saleYou have neglected to provide a concise response related to this question and you have failed to submit a copy of the internet ad for the vehicle It is for these reasons that I prefer to continue to use Revdex.com as a liaison Please find attached my reply to your submitted response to complaint Sincerely, [redacted]

To Whom it May Concern, I have reviewed the information provided by [redacted] Here at Thompsons Crysler Dodge Jeep Ram we strive to make buying a vehcile a pleasant experienceWith that said sometimes there can be misunderstandings by the parties involvedI would like to address the issues [redacted] has brought to our attentionI can understand the confussion on the certified vehciel as we also have a GM dealership and do have certified vehciles at that locationHowever this vehcile was purchased from the Chrysler Dodge Jeep franchise and unfortunately we can not offer GM certification through the Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealershipWith this said it looks at though we included a Vehicle Extended Service Contract to help alleviate the problem at handThe customer agreed and signed the documentationAs for the inspection report each dealership performs vehicle inspections similar to the certified inspections, it is our goal to sale the highest quality vehcilesThe next complaint was the lender for the vehicle loanIt is very common practice for us to try and get better terms and condition for our clients and we disclose this at the time of sale and during the signing of all documentationThe next complaint was about the fact that the sevice advisor did not know why our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Franchise purchased the vehciel from the Buick/GMC franchiseThis happens quite often as management may decide that a vehcile needs to be moved for a better opportunity to retail itIn the time frame that [redacted] started her buying process (May 22nd - July 26th) over days the vehcile had been sent to a differnet locationWith all this stated we never want to mislead a customer or cause them any undue stressI would be more than happy to help [redacted] with the expense she had incurred and would be willing to discuss this at any time [redacted] General Manager Thompsons Auto Group [redacted]

We spoke with [redacted] and took care of her concerns.  She has no further complaint.

Tell us why here... We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting Ms [redacted] GAP refund. We apparently were missing the odometer statement as well as proof that account was paid in full. We have successfully processed her pro-rated refund from June 5th 2015 and instead of [redacted] waiting another 8...

to 12 weeks for her refund, our dealership has cut her a check and we will wait to for the refund. Shanta is picking up her check today and again we apologize for the delay in getting this done in a timely manner.

Hi [redacted], sorry for the slow response, it went to the owner only & he was out of town when it was originally sent. As for the customer complaint, they had two vehicles with the same recall. It entitled them to a rental for $35.00 per day, per vehicle if it was a Toyota, and $30.00...

if other make. Customer got two rentals, one at the correct amount and another for a far greater amount. We didn’t authorize this increased amount. We told them that their complaint is with [redacted]. We did submit a special request to Toyota to cover the upgraded rental for this customer and it’s still pending approval.  Thanks;[redacted]
