They have sent their vendors out for the HVAC Electric and plumbing issuesI paid their vendors each time and dollars to access the plumbing and yet no payment has been sent to me so that these issues can be fixedeach claim is at a standstillTheir vendor wrote and estimate and deemed the wiring to be replaced yet nothing has been doneI have sent the proff showing my hvac has been serviced and cleaned via an invoice yet they are not paying for the full payment to repair the furnaceper my contract with them these issues are coveredthey denied the plumbing saying that it was prior to days of the policythis is not true the issue happened after daysthey denied the hvac issues saying they need records of system beig cleanedi JUST purchased the homeI sent the inspection and all to the they know these issues were not repexisitn gyet they arent coveringi want these claims processed instead of the company finding reasons not to pay for covered issues

American Home Guard's Claims / Resolutions department processes all claims and renders the decisions towards approval as per the outlined terms of agreement in the policy holder's signed agreementAs for this client's claim for her microwave - she was offered a reimbursement towards the repairs or replacement of a new unit as per the policy's coverage allowance for that itemAfter a retrieval of several phone conversations between an American Home Guard Claims or Client Services specialist, it appears that the rendered decision towards her claim did not please her and she demanded a service callThe final decision towards any claim is conveyed to the customer via phone or email in an effort to close the claimShould the customer feel the need to file an appeal, they can express a rejection of the decision made and provide supporting documents , the reason for the appeal so it can be reviewed in an effort to attain a possible different outcome. Good afternoon, *** *** *** *** filed a claim for her washing machineWe arranged for a dispatch of an appliance repair technician to diagnose the problem and reflect upon the information provided in their claim. At the time of the 1st service call, the technician ran a cycle and
commented that he found nothing wrong with the machinePlease find an invoice (attached) showing this.Upon a follow up conversation with *** ***, we were informed the washing machine still remained with the same problemWe told her that the technician from Air Flow Appliance said he found no problems with itShe also added that no one accompanied him during the service call - this is clearly contradicted by an email from her husband ***The customer is responsible to accompany and/all service technicians so they are presented with the problem and the reason for it face to face. As for *** ***'s service fee aka deductible - on occasion the customer may incur a higher service fee from the onsite technicianPlease be advised that American Home Guard offers one of the lowest if not the lowest service fees to our clients; in comparison to $in the industryWith that being said, we strongly emphasize that ~any~ over payment towards this fee is noted on the account, reimbursed or applied towards a future service callOne way or another, the client is guaranteed to be reimbursed We contacted Air Flow Appliance and spoke with a manager who said that the on site technician ran a cycle, found nothing wrong and is well knowledgeable or has expertise in this field and conveyed it to *** ***We moved forward in arranging a second service call for the client because she continued to claim the washing machine was not workingWe also told her that as per the company's (Air Flow Appliance) terms, they require a claim on their service/repair to be made with in ~days~. We still remain skeptical if any one of **or *** *** were directly present with the technician from their 1st service call. I am rejecting this response because: first of all I did have a signed contracted with american home guardit was signed by me in the month of june 20, 2016, I then emailed the originalcontract to a representative that handle my contract for home warranty, when I first signed up and paid to have th warranty to go in effecti emailed there contract back to them in june the email address was to ***@american home. Comhe then responded back that he received the email and confirmed with him that contract was signedi then talked with him and few times on the phone for confirmation. And mrjoe of american home guard discussed with me and told me everything is good and that I was covered with american home guard warrantythen months later I called in to file a claim thats when thing started to changefirst they said I did not have contract at all which was incorrect because I did have contract that was fully paid in full and withdrawal of payment was taken out of my checking accounti had proof that it was paid in full from my bank statement. I then proceeded to file claim for my furnace that's when they wanted to change the contract after I put the claim in with american home guardthey should have all phone calls recorded regarding originally conversations with several representives and recorded phone calls tell the truthwarranty does say furnaces covered, air conditionors, appliances and etc. For purchasing home warranties when parts neededas far accepting there offer we declined because amercian home guard stated if was unfortunately for us, but at same time stating it's unfairness to us also. Everything was fine untile to put our claim in and then contract changed after th fact. The truth be told american home guard needs to step up and own there responsibility to the consumer and pay full payment due to us. Respectfully submitting,

If there was a minus, I would have checked it. I called an made a claim almost 4 weeks ago. I received a claim number and info to call a local plumber. I called and the company no longer will work for AHG due to slow or lack of payment. I have called numerous times, left message with no response, e-mailed with the same result. Meanwhile, the plumbing issue is getting worse.

my service request is over 30 day old but nobody will come out my claim # is 10797031RF and they keep telling me to quit but they will charge me a cancellation fee this is bull. This is the worse warranty company that I have ever dealt with.
