Filing a claim through american home guard was so simple I placed a call and I was assigned a tech within the hour and paid a 45 dollar service fee when the tech arrived that was my only out of pocket fee when filing a claim for my garbage disposal great tech great experience

I have had the misfortune of some untimely breakdowns in my home. I called american home guard for a quote and they paired me with a license technician to fix the stove top in my home all went smoothly with the whole process spanning over 2 days

My water heater was not producing hot water making it very hard to go about the day the same. I called american home guard as soon as I noticed the issue. They were very precise and caring about my claim and already begun working on the claim before I hung up the phone, I later on that day received an email from ahg with the name of the contractor and number so I can make the appointment and that went swell as well.

I have to say that american home guard has been a pleasure to do business with. They have taken care of me beyond my expectations and have kept my home functioning for almost 3 years now. I am excited that when it's my time to renew my rates are locked in so there is no increase in price.

I didn't have any hot water and with my family in need of hot water. I contacted american home guard and informed them that it is an urgent issue and they said they will take care of it and so they did as the next day I was able to call the tech for an appointment which also was great.

I was having problems with my ceiling fan. That fan is on during winter and summer and I can’t sleep comfortably without it. There was something wrong with the mechanism which makes it turn. They told me to get my own technician because I needed it to be fixed right away and they sent me a check a few weeks later. Overall happy with their service.

After I purchased my policy for my home I told american home guard that I am a realtor and I would like to refer them to some of my clients. The process took a little bit of time making sure that I end up being part of their program and making sure that I fully understood what it means working with american home guard. This was a little daunting, but I appreciate how thorough they were through the entire process. Once that was set up I received some brochures in the mail a week later.

I have had issues with home warranties in the past. Either they didn’t cover the item, or just told us to replace it. Since I was burned from my last company I needed a new one. I asked the sales associate to tell me everything that was covered from light bulbs to lawnmowers they told me exactly what was covered and what wasn’t from A-Z. They were the only ones that took the time to explain everything to me. Some of the other companies just asked me for a credit card within the first minute even though I told them I was looking around. American home guard stands by their service and acknowledged my service to my county. That is a company I want to spend my money with.

My HVAC was not letting out cool air. The repair company called me after hours after I submitted my claim online I wish it were a little quicker. The next day the repair person was at my house because I didn’t want him in my home late at night the previous night. Getting the parts took a few days but the HVAC was fixed within a week. American Home Guard followed up with many phone calls making sure the repairs were on track and I was satisfied. Very good follow up from AHG.

Great service from the beginning. Scheduling the appointment was super simple and the contractor followed up to schedule the following day. Workers were on time and completed the job with no problems whatsoever. Great experience and will be upgrading to a five year!
