Review: I have been a frequent customer of American Laser Skincare for over three years and spent thousands of dollars in hair removal. I drove two hours from my home in Mississippi every other month, and this last time it was just to find out the company went bankrupt! I did not received any calls, emails, or a single word from this business about anything concerning the clients, refunds, or exchanges. Nothing has been discussed about the matter. I cannot reach anyone in the corporate level to answer any of my questions about my remaining treatments. The way ALS executed this bankruptcy matter is terrible. This is exploitation and fraud. They intentionally left the clients out of communication about the matter, so we cannot collect our previous records and are forced into limited options. Previous clients are still financing thousands of dollars in pre-paid treatments to a company that no longer exists!Desired Settlement: Restitution or transfer to a skincare professional that will finish my remaining treatments.

Review: Business closed November 14th with no warning and no refund. I had purchased a full body laser contract and had only finished a small number of those treatments. Little results and once I start seeing some results they close. Now I'm under $3,000 for a service that was unsatisfactory and incomplete.Desired Settlement: I would a full refund for the services that were not given or complete. If not, at least half of my purchase should be refunded since I saw no results, got no warning, no refund, and cannot finish my package.

Review: I received an email from ALS stating they were abruptly shut down and will be contacted shortly about the ongoing situation . That has been over two months now I have not been contacted by anyone since about being refunded my money or any other ways to rectify the problem . I spent thousands of dollars cash money up front for services that has not been complete Desired Settlement: I have my contract and paper work showing how much money I spent and would like a full refund I were to do 8 treatments and was able to do 2 due to the shut down .
