times by increasing inventory.  To increase inventory levels in the future, we have started purchasing with three additional distributors.  This has allowed for faster access to the product needed to keep up with sales.   We are committed to keeping the inventory up and have replaced the employee responsible for purchasing.  After speaking with our production company, the revolver is in the final stages and will be ready to ship next week.  We have contacted the dealer for the customer and they are faxing us the appropriate documents to ship the firearm to. We will contact Mr. [redacted] with the tracking information when we ship the gun.We sincerely apologize for the delay in your firearm and appreciate your patience with our company. firearms were not available in inventory from the distributor, which caused a longer delay than expected. Due to the mismanagement of the inventory levels, American Legacy Firearms has replaced upper management roles and is focusing on shortening delivery times by increasing inventory.  To increase inventory levels in the future, we have started purchasing with 3 additional distributors.  This has allowed for faster access to the product needed to keep up with sales.   We are committed to keeping the inventory up and have replaced the employee responsible for purchasing.  We have contacted Mr. [redacted] and informed him that his rifle will be ready to ship out on April 2, 2018. The limited edition firearm that Mr. [redacted] purchased was placed in production at the same time that he ordered.  At that time the specific model of firearm was not in inventory which caused a delay.  At the end of August, American Legacy Firearms...

replaced the employee in charge of purchasing the inventory.  Soon after, the specific model of firearm was purchased and arrived in the beginning of October and immediately assigned to the order.  The rifle was delivered on November 1st, 2016 to the requested gun shop of the customer’s choice.  Due to the mismanagement of inventory in 2016, American Legacy Firearms is focusing on shortening delivery times by increasing inventory/purchasing.  To increase inventory levels we have started purchasing with 3 additional distributors.  This will allow for faster access to the product needed to keep up with inventory levels.   Changes have been made in management as well to make sure that these delays do not occur in the future and oversee that we do not fall behind again.Kind regards,
