My experience with this moving company was the worst I have ever experienced Furniture and antiques were damagedSome pieces that can never be replacedPersonal property was missing at the end of the moveAfter filing a police report and claim we received pennies on the dollar from a settlement That doesn't help the broken memories We received an apology

more than the standard valuation, we would also like to offer our customer repair if he is willing to get estimates from someone he trusts to do the work, we also have a repair man we work with that we would be happy to send to our valued customer

They called me within day of my initial filing with you and was promised a return phone by the beginning of the next day It has now been week and I have not heard back from themAgain they continue to reinforce why I made this claim initially

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was contacted by phone by *** on November 26th and was told he would call me right back I did not receive a call back so I called over the weekend and Monday I finally reached him He told me they are looking for my wheel in the warehouse and he took the serial number and model number of my hospital bed and is trying to find a replacement wheel I asked what they will do if they cannot find a replacement and he said he doesn't know I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does find a replacement wheel I will consider this portion of the complaint resolved If they do not find a replacement wheel since I don't know what they will do I cannot say that the problem is resolved They do not want to address the fact that they didn't finish the job and left half of my belongings sitting in the driveway

Thank you for the opportunity to reply to our customers complaint. Our paperwork states the customers responsibility to transport ...."any alcohol/liquor, firearms, or anything else flammable/combustible." Our paperwork also states that we are liable for 60 cents per pound per article for...

any damage/missing claim. All paperwork was acknowledged by our customers signature. In an effort to resolve amicably an offer of $300.00 was made to our customer. At this time we would like to still honor and extend the offer of $300.00.

I have been told that many of your customers have recently been misquoted by an employee, and although that is unfortunate, it is not my fault as a customer. As a business it is your responsibility to deal with your employees and to ensure the customer is handled properly. I do not feel as though you have represented a professional business. All I am asking is for your company to replace the materials that were broken under your care, and to be refunded the $200 extra that you billed us for. I understand that it took longer than I was quoted, and I am sorry about that; however, I was told by an employee, that your company hired, that my bill (for all the materials we needed moved) would be $360. Again, all I am asking for is justice, in the sense that you regard your customer service and refund me and fix my broken items.

Thank you for your response. We are currently looking for the wheel either on our property or through a medical manufacturer. We truly apologize we did not meet your expectation regarding your move with us and [redacted] is working diligently towards a resolution with you. Thank you.

We are truly sorry about Ms. [redacted] experience.  I was personally involved with the move and I spoke with the customer that was at the house to get a better understanding of the problem at...

hand.  After speaking with the customer there was a concern for how long the move would take. We take pride in the work that our sales team provides, and we only quote the price per hour and not how long a move will take due to not knowing full details of the customer’s belongings.  It is unfortunate that the movers had to come back to the local office to pick up a few items but the time was removed from the customer’s bill.  I am unaware of who the customer spoke with that hung up on her but I do apologize for those actions.  All My Sons Moving & Storage is currently doing everything to assist Ms. [redacted] with the damage to her items and once again we are deeply sorry about her experience as we strive every day to promote great customer service and to place a smile on every customers face.  We do look for all of our moves to be stress free. We employee experienced moving professionals to provide excellent customer service.
