I should have looked here first. This company tried to pull a bate and switch with me. I submitted a request for quote online and was called within minutes. The person I spoke with got my moving details and gave me an estimate of cost. Then someone called me back about 30 minutes later and started off by saying they quoted the wrong travel time and then started telling me about all the extras I would need to pay. I said no thanks and told them if this is how they run their business with this bate and switch I didn't need to do business with them.

Received a followup message from you that "since I didnt respond to a recent email about the business the case was CLOSED ASSUMING the business resolved the issue\ WRONG!!! They indicated they fired the four moves involved with the moved but no resuktion of the cost of the theft or reembursement for the items stolen To put "resolved by you under my complaint viewable to the public is erroneous and wrong Did you received a payoff from the company to close this case. This company is the worst company I have ever done business. They will tell you anything and I mean anything to get your business. Saying one thing by phone then everything changes on the day you move. I spoke with this company 3 or 4 times explaining that I had a certain amount of money to spend and that I could not spend any more than I had. I also told them I had to go to two locations and I also gave them the addresses so they knee that it would cost more than what I had but they still waited to change their story when they got to my house. Make sure you get every single verbal agreement in writing. The owner is a liar and a thief. You will spend too much money. You're better off with [redacted]. I will never do business with them again. I do not recommend them at all unless you have money to waste.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was contacted by phone by [redacted] on November 26th and was told he would call me right back.  I did not receive a call back so I called over the weekend and Monday I finally reached him.  He told me they are looking for my wheel in the warehouse and he took the serial number and model number of my hospital bed and is trying to find a replacement wheel.  I asked what they will do if they cannot find a replacement and he said he doesn't know.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does find a replacement wheel I will consider this portion of the complaint resolved.  If they do not find a replacement wheel since I don't know what they will do I cannot say that the problem is resolved.  They do not want to address the fact that they didn't finish the job and left half of my belongings sitting in the driveway.

I am rejecting because to fill out a claim form with the amount of damage and missing items is not sufficient. They are only wanting to pay 60 cents per pound. What about my missing items that I discovered recently since unpacking. How are we going to be compensated for an incomplete move? Whose going to reimburse us for the gas of our friend who had to help us finish moving? There is a lot to factor into this claim. Not accepting their response.

Per our contractual agreement, which the customer signed, we are obligated to pay $0.60 per pound per article, our customer stated the item weighs 25 lbs. therefore we would be liable for $15.00. The company I hired for a full pack and move was All My Sons to move me from Indiana to Maryland. Apparently, they are part of Greeneline. Long story short, I was promised I would have experienced packers and movers, and that my valuables would be treated with utmost care. The movers arrived without any boxes or packing materials for the full pack. When, two hours later, the company sent down some boxes, there was nothing there for all the artwork that was supposed to be bubble-wrapped, and no wardrobe boxes for clothes. They lost and damaged a good many items. It is heartbreaking. I filed a claim with the company (All My Sons Customer Care) and they offered me a pittance of $184, and the legal commitment to never speak badly of them to anyone. Unbelievable.

expectations, we always strive to give our customers the best moving experience period, we had some unforeseen circumstances arise and again we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. A credit was issued to credit card ending in 6411 on 7/27/14 due to us not providing services.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. We hired this company a month in advance prior to our move from Greenwood to Anderson. I wish I had read the reviews online first because they are right! This company is by far the worst and most unprofessional! We were to move Sunday June 28th, 2015. We get a call on Friday the 26th that our move will not take place on that day and it will have to be moved to Monday the 29th. That was a huge inconvenience. I tried to speak with a manager several times and was transferred all around the place and hung up on several times during this process. It was extremely frustrating. FINALLY I get a hold of someone who tells me there is NO manager on duty. I was so upset. They tell me that they will call on Sunday to confirm our move is on Monday. We do get a call on Sunday, but its to tell us that our move will NOT take place on Monday either. You know what we did? We got a u-haul and did it ourselves. This place is not worth the hassle. Next time I will either do it myself again or go with a reputable company. It was such a bad experience with this company that I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, which they have 36 on file as of today's date. Now it will be 37.
