China Customs has right to do inspection for goods importing to China.Sometimes they did not allow good into China even you gave the duty.

If there are some one open the package to check
that will be China government
and they won't take away any items if the items are allowed to into China.

They called me and told me the $500 insurance will be paid by two payment in two months.Until they paid all of them, it can't be closed.Also, as they lost and failed to deliver my package, because their representative told me no necessary to separate package to $500 worth box and buy insurance separately, So I have no choice to buy the insurance to cover all my items' value. I need them to pay the rest value of my items.

I am sorry. when the package lost in China.the compensation is according to how much insurance covered.This package is $500 insurance covered.And ANL will pay $500 for this customer.

They said that they will offer me a hundred dollar compensation by check for each package and an extra $75 store credit.But they sent me an email yesterday which said they will only return $111 to me.  How can I get the "a hundred dollar compensation for each package and $75 store credit"?

Review: I sent a package to china via this company. I pay the shipping fee, also buy an insurance for it. After five month, they lost my package. I have contact them several times. They refuse refund and compensate my loss.

Review: I had mailed the baby stuff from new york to china, the weight is 5.87lbs, however, the package got open at some point and stole my items. totally, I have 12 items but when my friend open the package that's only five left. they said that's post office's problem, they can help a lot. but I am very sure my package had open before the post office mailed it because my put my little note inside one of the item box. when my friend received the package, the outside of the box looks fine, when he opened the box, inside most of my items are gone and the stuff left over have bad condition. Before I mailed my package, they already checked my items, and help me pack it and weigh it. for some reason they reopened it and stole my stuff and then packed it mail to post office. (i have been check for the camera record shows no one touch the package after the package delivery to my friend.) they would like Revdex.com to send then official letter to help me claim.Desired Settlement: before I mailed it, they checked my items already, basically they know what my items are! also, they guarantee the package won't reopen to check again. so I would like to have the refund and explanation.

Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for your mail. For this case China Post office has proved the receiver in China told China post office to put his package in the shoes shelf. When they put the package according to the receiver's direction, the package was good. But when the receiver went home and check, he said there were somethings missing. For China Post Office, they have done all their job. If there were somethings missing. They did not have the responsibility. Because what they do was following the receiver's direction.

THANK YOU! there you go, "THEY WON'T TAKE AWAY MY ITEM IF THEY ARE ALLOW"! When I paid my items, you guys never mention anything about that. also, you guys help me to pack up my package, I think the business has responded to let me know what kind of items are allow, I don;t think this bussiness company did a good job. all my item are baby stuff. if they don;t allow, they should mail it back to me, instead of taking them aways without notice. and I have to spend almost two month to claim it. actually, the ANL business company knows what's going on about my package, and just hide it and not letting customer know. I felt so disappointed! well, this is already explained how my items get disappear. I don't want later on, the ANL company will come up with another " unreasonable excuse".

Review: I shipped two box of health care products from [redacted] to [redacted] on October [redacted],2014 using anlexpress [redacted] office,when shipping, I want to split to several boxes with each box around $500 then the insurance can cover all of them (they only allowed to buy $500 insurance for one box), but the agent told me that will be too complicated, no body will take your item, it will not lost, don't worry, and ask me to put all of them in two boxes.They guaranteed to deliver by three weeks, but it didn't, one of the two boxes was arrived on January,2015 and another box was lost after half years waiting, The health care product in that box is $2000 worth(I has the evidence). As it lost, I start to claim the insurance, it already two months passed, they still working on the payment, every time I called them, they said wait for one more week.I can't believe them anymore, I hope you can help to solve this problem.ThanksDesired Settlement: I need them to pay the total amount of the products and the shipping fee.

Review: I mailed two packages to China using ANL Express on 11/**/2014 and 11/**/2014 respectively. At that time I was promised the packages would arrive within 20 calendar days. However, receivers haven't got the packages to date (after two months). I called the customer service several times. The call usually went to the voice mail. The one time the call was picked, the representative told me packages would arrive by 12/**/2014, which did not happen.

I dont know where my packages are now. ANL Express charged my shipping fees and took my packages then failed to deliver them.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a $1000 compensation which covers my packages and shipping fees

Review: I sent hundreds of packages through this company in October but none of these have received. The customer service always says my packages are in China Customs but they never told me to pay the duty. When I asked them when I can get my packages, their answer was still waiting. It has been more than two months. How can a shipping company ship packages taking this long time and even don't know which port are my packages at? I called them today for a reason. However they just told me it is time to apply for compensation that $100 for each losting package. My gosh, the value of each package is about $400-500 excluding the fee I paid to the company. Because I didn't buy their insurance, they can't give me more than $100 for compensation. This solution is unacceptable. Those are hundreds not several. I expect justice from Revdex.com. Below are the tracking numbers of packages which can be tracked on their website [redacted] showing Chinese which means the package is in China Customs. [Your Answer Here]last time I ask for a reason and ANL said because the package value was over 1000 RMB and I said since they told the customers they will pay for the duty , why China custom still hold the package, there are only 2 same handbags inside and on the airway bill I wrote clearly : 2MK handbags and I also purchased insurance ! so I guess ANL did not pay duty until China custom hold the package, that's why the package was sent back to ANL's wear-house in China, because according to China customs rules which we can check on China Custom's official website the packages over 1000RMB should be sent back to senders or the senders should pay duty, then the package can be cleared, I don't know what ANL did, I called their customer service many times and I was told they ask China custom to send the package back to their China warehouse and they will find way to clear again! Later when I track the package I knew that sent the package to HongKong for clear again, this time the package was cleared successfully , after that I finally received the package , it cost half a year! So, if ANL still insisted they paid duty for package over 1000RMB in advance as they told their customers, but China custom still hold my package like they said, I only need the proof to prove what they said!

On October **, 2014, I went to ANL express ([redacted]; [redacted]) a package to China. I was required to pay cash for the postage. It has been more than 60 days since I sent this package. Until now, my friends in China still did not receive this package. I called ANL express once a week to ask where my package is. The customer service representative told me repeatedly that the package is in [redacted] waiting for clearance. I did not believe this kind of explanation, so I called [redacted]. I found out that there has never been an express company named ANL that goes to [redacted] for customs clearance. From mid of October, more and more victims post their shipping experience with ANL on the online forum ([redacted]). All the victims sent their packages at the end of September or in October, but none of their relatives or friends received the packages up to this point. Where is my package now? How did ANL bring all the packages out of the States before? How did ANL bring all the packages into China before? There is no any tracking information about my package and other victims packages. If there is no legal way for ANL to send all packages, the only way ANL can do is illegally send all the packages from New York to China-smuggling. (I have [redacted] ([redacted]) from [redacted] to prove this point of view) Also, ANL did not make any compensation to the victims who did not receive their packages.ANL is a company set up and run by [redacted] people. I feel ashamed of them.I am quite angry and confused about how come this company can rip people off and do illegal business in New York.

I would like to require ANL Express make reasonable compensation for all the loss. 4. I would like ANL Express to be brought to the justice.5. I would like to get my package back or require ANL to make compensation for the loss or stolen of my package. The settlement should be in full amount plus the postage.
