Their cabins are nice but they are completely useless as a company. My family booked a 6 bedroom cabin a half year in advance and we needed all six bedrooms because we're a bunch of adult couples. One month prior to the date we get an email notifying us that our cabin had been "completely renovated!"
We suddenly have a 5 bedroom cabin because one of the bedrooms has been turned into a theater room ( patriotgetaways.com/cabi... ) and were told that "we had nothing to do with it, the owner made those changes."
They refused to even try to find us a 6 bedroom to use that week.
Good company to work with, they help you with any concerns and keep you updated on any severe weather alerts. I have rented through this company many times and will continue to do so. I would recommend Patriot Getaways to anyone wanting a quality stay in the Pigeon Forge area.
dead bugs laying everywhere very little heat bed spread was stained directions were terrible! GPS does work they said it wouldn't, entire experience was ridiculous! Would not recommend this panoramic view to anyone! And the coffee pot was dirty! Smh my vacation was ruined!!!!
I made a reservation few months in advance to take my family for 10 days to Smokey Mountains for Christmas Holliday and there were 6 of us. Two weeks before we supposed to leave,I had to call to make sure that after wildfire in TN our cabin is still Ok, but first they said "oh, we sent you an email in regards to this situation, but I didn't get any email or any other messages inregards to this problem". The cabin that I made a reservation was 2 bad, 2 bath, 6 sleep. The name was all about the view, but unfortunately, that cabin was effected by wildfire and they wouldn't refund me my deposit. They forced us to go with 1 bed, 1 bath, 4 sleep. For almost the same amount of money that I would pay for my first reservation. They made us suffer and it was so unpleasant to be where that there wasn't enough room for all of us for 10 days. When I made complain to them, they basically said take it or leave it. I will never recommend American Petriot Getaway to anybody.

APG - very helpful with accommodations and things to do! Would use them again - and loved the cabin we rented.
