Company installed solar panels at my residence. Since the installation, I have attempted to contact the company and have received no feedback.
Whenever, I contact the company with the phone number provided, I get a voicemail, which I left several messages. No feedback is ever received and I keep doing this on a regular basis. It has been 33 days as of date since any type of contact has been made. I am trying to schedule the inspector to come out so I can use the benefit of the solar panels installed but as stated above, there has been no success in doing this. I contacted the financing company to see if they could give me any other contact information on the company, but they had the same information as myself. Upon speaking with the finance company, I have two accounts. One of them I understand what it is for. The other one I have no idea and neither does the finance company, there is not detail on the other one.
Explain the account which I do not know what it is for, and to have them contact me so the finishing touches can be made so use of the solar panels can be achieved.
We were last on property on 10/4 to finish the install. Our inspection manager has reached out twice to respond to any voicemails left with updates on inspection. I also reached out on 10/18 to respond to a message I received.
There is only one loan. I spoke with the finance company who has notes that Mr. *** did call in but he was advised on his loan properly. There is not a second loan or a loan the finance company is not aware of. After speaking with Mr. *** yesterday we cleared up this confusion and he is aware of the loan terms and details.
Simply Solar installed solar panels a week or so before Hurricane Irma. We've been trying to get the job finished with American Power Solutions (their electrician partner in this job) but with no luck. I initially contacted Simply Solar and was referred to American Power Solutions. I've called American Power Solutions and been lied to. I've sent emails to American Power Solutions and been lied to and then ignored. I've sent texts to American Power Solutions and been lied to and then ignored.I don't know where we stand with anything as I get different stories and then no follow-thru. All I know is that I have for solar panels I cannnot use.

This complaint has been satisfied with our company. He was addressed shortly after the complaint was filed. We have completed this job and would like to have this complaint filed as completed and customer is happy. Please make the necessary inquiry and remove the negative entry toward our company. If any further action is needed on our part, please let us know.
Not being treated as a customer suppose to be treated. Feeling like I was not important as a person not getting the job done. Communication was bad.
Have not received the 66 gallon hybrid hot water heater. That was suppose to be installed in June 2018. When they came out I was informed that the case that was already there was to short for the new one that was delivered. They torn down the old one and build another one which is wood and not done correctly. The sale rep Guy W. He came to my house may 12,2018 the work was to start June 2018. First payment was June11,2018 which wasn't due until July next payment August 03 2018. Have not received any work they claim they did some wiring. They also was to blow in insulation but that was cancel. Was didn't need it. This was finance through their bank that they deal with which is *** home design. The total amount $8,500.00. The bank pay them the I pay the bank. So far I pay $88.00 a month last conversion from was that the people that was suppose to come was already played and no one showed up. I called today left a message know respond as now. I have talked with three different people that worked at american power solutions. ( Ras D, Johnathan C and Danielle). Then June 27.2018 text chad Chris he text me back the same day stating someone would contact me which didn't happen. I waited a while then I called them. They keep telling me someone is coming here but know one show up. August 2 2018 was the last time they was suppose to show up. This has really been stressful.
I would like for the job to be done. Or cancel the whole deal including the financial loan and paid me back the money that I have paid. And that this don't mess up my credited score.
The job has now been completed.

I heard from them two days one or two days after I had put in the complaint I got a phone call saying it would be here that Friday they did come I wasn't home they got the hybrid in but they didn't do anything with the box I haven't heard anything from them since that day that they came my husband is going to try to fix the the box so it won't rain on it and mess it up and I just got it they never came back to fix the box to even cuz it's supposed to put a door on it it wasn't done right it was just some plywood they put together that I'm going to have to pay for it and I don't think it's fair but you know it is what it is I still wouldn't accept them for nothing else
American Power Solutions provided the water heater box as a courtesy to the Mitchells. They were not charged for the structure. We are under no obligation or liability to upgrade or maintain the box. This was done as a courtesy to them to help protect the water heater from the elements since it had to be outside.
