Hello, The customer was issued a full refund on 3/He was emailed a return slip over two weeks ago and we just received the product back on 3/ We came to a solution on the 7th of March We communicated over times via email and phone callWe sent the customer 1,pieces at no charge to try and fix the problem At the end the customer received a full refund of his original purchase and only returned 1,of the 1,pieces.Thanks,

From their website Americam reloading.com they advertised NEW lake city brass pulled with dents and dings missing primers sideways primers etc After receiving the product it was evident these were not newThere was soot in the primer holes some had very damaged case dents and dings and were not usable The majority of unusable fell into the category of unsafe primer contact The primer pockets had been chamfered so excessively that a seated primer would not hold properlyI counted unusable cases I would like to have them replaced with new pull down brass as was advertised order # *** here is the web address with the descriptionMy info [redacted] *** [redacted] *** *** *** [redacted] *** ***

Hello,We have reached out to Mr*** * *** multiple times with no response. We have a list of emails we sent with no response as well. Because we haven't received a response we will be sending him a full refund via Business Check for the amount of $plus a return
label for the product he doesn't want. Hopefully, this resolves the issue for a mistake we made on the order. Thanks,Chris *** - Owner

Hello,I just spoke with [redacted] about his order issue.  We had a product get labeled wrong and it was our fault.  We already gave him a full refund this morning and let him keep all of the product.  With our niche market of selling demilled products we have to explain things better...

which didn't happen on this product.  We are working to educate our customers and go above and beyond to over explain everything. [redacted] was happy with the phone call and handling the situation.  We were off a lot for the holidays which caused the slower response from us.Thanks,Chris

Hello, I am the new owner of American Reloading.  I purchased the company in January this year but didn't move it to Missouri until February 9th.  The customer with the complaint was dealing with old employees from MT when his issue occurred.  I just spoke with him on the phone...

and resolved his problem.  We are shipping him new products today.  The reason he never received a response was because he was emailing a lady who is no longer with us and he never tried calling us.  Our email and number are posted on our site.  He also had the option to login to his account and send a message their but he chose to only email [redacted].  The customer is happy with how I handled the situation and said he would be sending you another email.  Please understand that we are doing everything we can to increase customer service and we haven't had any of these issues since we moved to Kansas City. Thanks,Chris [redacted]
