Our invoices are generated by the customers purchase order directly from our e-commerce site? There is no software issue or any modifications made on our end to the purchase order? The customer received the item he selected each time he completed an order with us? ? The website clearly states that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs? That being said? [redacted] ***? was given separate refunds of $on 10? We took care of the shipping on both orders?

I recently made my first purchase from the website. I got an email that the package was delivered, but I never found it in my mail box or in my building mail room. I called the 800 number the same day of the delivery, but no effort trying to resolve the issue or offering a refund/replacement.
Very disappointed , I will never recommend to buy from this company website!

I recently purchased a shape wear product from American Shapewear taking advantage of a 20% off discount coupon I received via email However, when I completed the on line sale the discount was not applied to my total I contacted American Shapewear via their "Contact Us" link to inquire To my delight, the company very quickly (less than hours) corrected the issue for me, applied the discount, and updated my credit card charge This super fast customer service sets this company apart and has made me a repeat customer
