My first interaction with Drew was about a year agoI don’t even know how I got signed up, probably some night when I was desperate about my student loan debt and was frantically searching in lineI remember receiving my first contact from Drew sometime around this time last yearI remember being contacted by him and it was at a time when I was working two jobs, doing for family and holiday commitments and just over all over booked and overwhelmed
I kept putting Drew’s phone calls and emails off bc I was so ignorant about the process and overwhelmed by student debt that it was something I put off dealing with and to be honestI didn’t think that Drew was legitimateSo I put him offHe was persistent but not pushy with his solicitation of my businessNot at all annoying like some business and absolutely not at all like what I was receiving from the debt collectorswhich created anxiety bc the student debt collectors were ruthlessly brutalMy debt, over the years, had grown exponentially due to the interest, my inability to navigate the entire process of loan consolidation, loan rehabilitation, income based repayment and all the everything that it takes to pay off debtDespite my master degree that I earned as a benefit from the loans, I was drastically dumb when it came to all the knowledge needed to attend to all the loans I received throughout my college careerso many loans drew said he’s never seen so many-
I was a single mother trying to make a better way for my life and I failed to learn the process of taking loans out and just signed the dotted line because I always thought once I’m educated with a good paying job I can pay them all backWhat I failed to realize is after graduating we are not always guaranteed a job and sometimes the job we do secure isn’t always enough to live in on or pay student loans back-
Then they start accruing interest-
At this rate I’ll be dead before I pay them back- so what’s the point ?
My credit will suffer all my life, I’ll never be able to get a loan or receive my tax refund back and best (being sarcastic) of all I get to receive harassing phone calls for the rest of my lifeFast forward to spring, I’m working a new job in a new state and my debt collectors have grown more and more hungry- all the stress in my life and three days of trying to set up a plan of $a month to pay back a $205,debt and days of his aggressive contact- I ended up in the hospital with startling BLood Preasure numbers
It was that day I finally called Drew-
And I can’t even say how much he has helped me through so much more than the pay back processHe listened to me ramble on, as I’ve done in this review, and not once did he ever make me feel nothing other than respected and heardDrew provided me with all the options I had in regards to helping me set up payments, consolidation and loan forgivenessDrew was a relief after years of worrying over all of the debtNot only was Drew knowledgeable but he was patient, respectful and responsive to every email and text message with the upmost quicknessDrew did all the paper work and callingOnce I made my first payment with Drew (oh did I mention there is a super easy payment plan that is worth every darn dollar) he contacted the abrasive debt collector and from then on the debt collector could no longer contact me-
That wasn’t the best part but it’s definitely the best relief!
Since my first phone call to Drew back in April he has contacted the debt collector and they have not called me, he has consolidated my loans, gotten me a income based repayment plan and will help me get the loan forgiveness process goingIn addition he has also offered me some helpful advise in regards to other issues that would help with other financial avenuesI have told everyone I know about drewI don’t know how many people have called that I’ve shared Drew’s information with but I do know I have one friend that is in deferment right now and plans on calling home when her life slows down (sound familiar) and another friend that has called Drew who thanks me immensely as well as tells her people about him
I would highly recommend this company and specifically Drew for all your student loan repayment/paperwork/payback needs!
Drew is absolutely amazing, I was stressed out about being in default and the best thing that I could do is get involved with American Student Loan Aid, it was the best thing I've ever done

I highly recommend American Student Loan, the result they were able to provide was unbelievableI know its sounds cliché, but the result they managed to provide speaks for itselfTo get my loans out of default I was required to make monthly payments of a little over dollarsWith all the expenses of an average household, dollars was too much to handleBeing desperate and needing to get my loans in good standing, I came across ASLA and got in touch with DrewI'm not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical about the whole thingI told Drew about my situation and he immediately got to workAfter about 2-weeks going back and forth with the collection agency, he managed to get me a dollar a month payment to get my loans out of default!
