We have received and reviewed your correspondence forwarded
to us by the Revdex.com. We appreciate the opportunity to respond.
You indicated that the resolution proposed in our correspondence
to you dated April 15, 2014 ([redacted]) that you contact [redacted] to correct
the payment which you wanted to be credited to your escrow account, was not
satisfactory. Your online banking transaction to which you referred was
processed correctly. In our contact with [redacted] we were advised that there
is no way a payment can be made online to your escrow account and that [redacted] will be glad to assist you in transferring the amount to your escrow if
you would contact them. The [redacted] Mortgage Service Department can be
reached at [redacted].
[redacted], SunTrust send the fund to [redacted] to the account
you requested in your transaction. We called [redacted] to requested that they
move the $150 to your escrow account. We were informed that any changed or
corrections at [redacted] will need to be handled by you directly. We trust this

We have received your correspondence forwarded to us by the
[redacted] and the Revdex.com regarding an online bill payment. I appreciate the opportunity
to speak with you and to also provide this further response.
You stated your March 3, 2014 payment to [redacted] was place
through our Online Bill Pay system and it was incorrectly applied to your
mortgage account and not to the intended escrow account. Our records reflect
that you set up this transactions with an address for [redacted] which is
different from the one that you use for your regular monthly payments.
Unfortunately, the service that sends the funds used the managed biller address
based on the name of the biller, [redacted]. This address is provide by [redacted] to our service and is not something that we can change. You mentioned in
our conversation that on a previous occasion, a payment you mailed for your
escrow using the same address you entered for this transaction arrived and was
credited to your escrow without issue. Please understand that when you send a
check in the mail, it is processed in a different manner at [redacted].
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the $150.00 as it was sent
correctly as you have ordered and the funds reached [redacted] to the
correctly indicated account.
[redacted] was contacted and we have confirmed that
there is no way to designate an escrow payment on a bill pay system. However,
they do not have a website that will provide you with an online system to make
the payment. That website is [redacted] and there is a place in the upper
right corner of the page to sign up for the mortgage information and to make
payments.
The Mortgage Service Department at [redacted] can be reached
at [redacted] or [redacted]. There representatives will be able to assist you and
they have stated that you can request the transfer for the $150 to your escrow
account and they will be glad to do so for you. Due to account privacy
regulations, [redacted] would not be able to accept our instructions to do this
on your behalf.
We regret the inconvenience this matter has caused and
further, that you were not satisfied with the service you received when you
contacted us online about this matter. Please be assured your comments
concerning that service were forwarded to the appropriate management area. **

The bank has refunded all of my overdraft fees as well as the maintenance fee but still has no way of stopping overdrafts which is unbelievable

I thought at first to file a complaint, but after one minute, I believe it's not worth complaint. it was bad experience and I wouldn't try it again. before Christmas eve, I tried to open an online account with Suntrust, I couldn't because the website was down, then I went to nearest branch to open it and order checkbook after I deposited 100$. I got the checkbook and debit card before christmas. and I activated the online banking over the phone. and everything was okay. at first, the online banking was okay and after one week, it didn't work anymore , when I called the bank rep. at phone, she told me that account was closed and she had no data, and I have to go to the bank. I got a day off to go the branch, and the bank rep. told me that my information is not right !! after all this MY INFORMATIONS ISN'T RIGHT! because I moved to another state althought my ID have the new address, and all my banks account were changed to the new address even my usps account. horrible experience

I received the $150.00 credit to my account but that did not resolve the fact that a check  was returned on 7-15 and 7-16, (I was charged two overdraft charges and a maintenance fee of $7.  If the $150.00 was in my  account timely like it should have  it would have paid part of this incoming check. I had an overdraft protection through my savings but upon inquiring about why the check was not paid and returned the representative advised that ( the branch makes the decision to pay checks ) and they decided to not pay it. (Even though they had always paid my checks that overdrew me in the past because I had a direct deposit) NOW, Because of the importance of that check (It was payment for a traffic ticket in the amount of $267) I might incur more charges through BREVARD COUNTY. I dont know why Suntrust did this maybe out of retaliation because I reported the incident dealing with the $150.00....... but regardless it was done and I dont know whats going to happen.
I am requesting the two overdraft charges to be refunded to me along with the maintenance fee of $7 also. I would like to have a letter drafted to Brevard County explaining to them Suntrust error in returning the check. This will resolve the problem.

SunTrust sent you a fax requesting closure since they had talked with me. I have not spoken with anyone at Suntrust.  On June 7,2016 I did receive a voicemail that gave me a case number. In that voicemail, which I still have saved,  I was given a name of a case worker Mrs Fuller and that she would contact me within 10 days. As of today, June 15, 2016 I have still not been contacted by her. I have tried calling her back and left voicemails as well and have had no contact or return calls.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond. Our records show that, on April 18, 2016, you informed us that an ATM deposit of $205 did not post to your account. A claim, Case 2682440, was established for you,and a provisional credit for $205 was applied to the account on that day. However, our initial review of the matter was unable to locate evidence that an error occurred, and the provisional credit was reversed on May 12, 2016.On May 18, 2016, we received a rebuttal form from you. Rebuttals can take up to 45 business days to review, as was disclosed on the rebuttal form. After a second review of the claim, our investigation determined that the deposit was made. I lodged a complaint with you about Suntrust Bank. They have told you that this is resolved, because they have contacted me. That is not true. Yes, they contacted me on 11/22/16 at 4:27pm CST. I did not hear my phone ring, but a man named Seth M[redacted] left me a voicemail stating I could call him back between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm CST. Well obviously by the time I heard the voicemail, he was gone for the day, and the following day was Thanksgiving. I have called back three times since then, and each time it has gone directly to his voicemail stating he is unavailable. The first time I left him a voicemail letting him know I was returning his call, and he could call me back. I also said I would try calling him back. I have had no success getting in touch with him, so still the company has not helped or shed any light on the accounts opened in my name. 
Another person had called me from Suntrust. I assume their call was prompted from my initial call into Suntrust when I stated they had accounts in my name that I hadn't opened. They'd forwarded my concern on to their fraud department. I have called that person back twice, and all I get is voicemail as well. 
Please advise what my next step is that will allow me to find out how/why this company has accounts opened in my name and SSN.
