Review: ATEC installed windows throughout the house with the warranty that was suppose to cover windows up to 50th years. Recently we reported the issue with one of the sliders that now has mold inside of the pine on the inner side of the glass. I contacted [redacted] and I was told that the windows no longer carry warranty due to the manufacture being sold out. We feel that since the warranty was the major factor in the purchase and was promised to us, we need to have pine replacedDesired Settlement: We would like to have the window pine replaced and bathroom window also needs to be checked to make sure that also doesn't have mold growing. It's frosted window, hard to see

Our contracts clearly state that the warranty is from the manufacturer of the window. Unfortunately the company has since gone out of business. We notified the Revdex.com as soon as this happened. We can not get parts for the window.

[redacted] did go out of business. The assets were purchased by [redacted]. In an asset only purchase such as [redacted] did they are not responsible for warranties prior to their purchase. So unfortunately the warranty is void. We truly wish that the new owners of [redacted] would honor the warranties but they are not legally obligated to do so. We want to be able to service our customers we would have no reason not too. This is an unfortunate circumstance.

Review: I had Windows installed and the weather seal failed which has caused a crack in the window and loss of energy efficiency which I was told is covered under the warranty when the windows were purchased. I have left about 15 messages on voicemail about this iss and not one call back. The building where the business is located has a for sale sign on it stating the business has relocated. I don't know how to contact them to get this resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to stand behind the warranty and take care of the window and a response to this issue.
