We've had numerous points of contact with this customer since July (please see emails below) but he's... extremely difficult and so a lien has been placed on his property for non-payment. If he is now pulling the "give me 50% of my money back or I'm going to threaten you with the BBB" tactic, that makes things even more challenging for us. We replaced two handles on his windows and we are now scheduled to paint the interior of his windows on the 22nd of next month, which is the only thing we haven't done up to this point to try and make the client happy. We have gone way above and beyond with this client but sometimes you run across a client who isn't ever going to be truly happy. Best, E [redacted]

We have tried to resolve this issue several time I have our field super attached Glen Murata who is attached and will be contacting the customer it shows in our system the service was completed mid feb

American Vision Windows did not get approval from my HOA before helpling themselves to my debit card....taking $without my approval My experience with AVW has been a nightmare The company is very shady and you do not want to do business with them Now I have to hire an attorney to get my money back DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We have had our windows for about 10 years. We are so happy with them. The representatives were very nice and professional. They worked with us on scheduling and were very open to our questions and concerns. We have called them on a few occasions and they have been very helpful. They really do mean it when they say the quaranty their work. We are so happy we had them do my Mother's house across the street!

[redacted] and I met with the client last Tuesday 9/30/2014 and inspected the job.
 Advised the client of additional leaking issues in the home that were not caused by the AVW install.  
Abe measured for a new window
Order was placed with [redacted] for a replacement (Waiting on estimated Ship date)
Advised the Customer  that the job would take 3-4 weeks from confirmation to complete.
 
The client was happy with the meeting and our solution. So right now we are holding until we receive the new window and can schedule the installation. This should be complete by Nov 1.

I probably spent to much on my windows, It was well worth it. These windows are gorgeous. I feel so much safer and secure as these are very solid windows. Everyone I dealt was very kind, they were professional and personable delivering exactly as they stated. They measured the windows several times (measure twice cut once) and kept me informed as my windows were being made, shipped, ready for install. I would highly recommend these people and there company. Thank you American Vision.!

I just replaced the windows on my 1979 ranch home which were poorly needed. American Vision Windows gave me a very high quality product and installation at a price lower than I expected. The salesman was very easy going and worked with me to get a price that I was comfortable with. I went with the Arizona package which has made a huge difference in the comfort level inside our home. They were great at communicating and everything happened when they said said it would. The install team was clean, courteous, and professional. The lifetime warranty on the product and installation gives me great peace of mind knowing that this wasn't only an upgrade to my home but also an investment into my future as I plan on living here for a very long time. We had the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. From start to finish, American Vision Windows were friendly, professional and lived up to each commitment made. They were in frequent contact with us sending us emails with instruction on what is going to happen next, or calling to confirm appointments They were on time and clean when installing our windows. I wish all companies had the customer service ethic that this company has. 10 out of 10 grade for this company.

I called in on a Thursday evening to set up an appointment to have an estimate done on replacing the windows in my home. The appointment was set for the following Monday at 6:00pm. I sat and waited until 8:00pm, with no one showing up, and no call. I tried to call their office to see if there was an issue, but the office was closed, and no way to contact the estimator.

I called in the following morning, Tuesday, and was told that the scheduler had an appointment cancel for Monday evening, and she inadvertently canceled my appointment instead. I was asked if I would like to set an appointment for a later date. I told her that I would look elsewhere, for a company that was more competent.

Love these windows! We replaced the windows in the back of our house as many of the seals had broken on our existing windows. From start to finish our experience with AVW was outstanding! Communication was excellent, installation on time and cleanup was spectacular. The new windows look beautiful! We can't wait to do the rest of the windows!

Yesterday American Vision Windows completed our total house window replacement. All steps of the process were completed in a highly professional manner. The sales team completely explained the process and benefits of the new windows with no high pressure tactics.
The follow up measurement team was thorough and very friendly and the installation team was fantastic.

American Vision Windows recently installed new replacement windows and doors at the home we recently purchased in Scottsdale. Their installers, Sergio and his son did a wonderful job. They were prompt, clean and very professional in how they went about their business. The windows look great and the whole process from selecting them, ordering and installation was great. It is nice to work with a company that does things the right way.

I used American Vision Windows for two separate installations. Back in December 2014, they installed 4 new double pane windows that were oddly shaped. The crew was clean, professional and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I used them again in September of 2015 to install blinds to these same oddly shaped windows. I could have purchased blinds at another store but due to the shape of these windows I was concerned that I might not be able to install them so it looked seamless. Again, the installers were clean and perfectionists in getting the blinds installed so they looked perfect

All the representatives from the initial sales person to the measuring personnel and finally the installation people were a pleasure to work with. I was having a really bad day back in August when I first ordered the blinds and the salesman was kind enough to pray with me and I could sense a genuine concern for me.

I could not be more satisfied with American Vision Windows. I researched multiple companies here in the valley and decided to have them install windows on my Arizona Room. My wife and I were so pleased with the company, installation, customer service, and products that we had them come back and install replace all the windows in our house.

We had 6 windows replaced. We wanted modern windows with a good look and ended up with more. Easy to use and clean, security and an excellent service team. I couldn't be home for the installation so I asked my mother to house-sit. Her English isn't the clearest but she understands. American Vision Windows accommodated and even she felt at ease and observed their professionalism. I would definitely use them again, I sleep comfortably knowing that if I have a problem, I can call them for assistance. No hassle what so ever. Darrel Sutton was great in explaining the history, quality, his experience and the expectations to be fulfilled, which they were, very clearly. You know how you feel when the sun is beaming into your home, especially where you're sitting. Consider that warmth, whereupon an American Vision Window is placed between you and the sunbeams; now, how does that new "warmth" feel? I KNOW, for I directly experienced it.
