Just had my fence put up. Vinyl. I did a lot of research with different companies before choosing Americas Backyard. I am thoroughly please with my fence. The two little issues I had were resolved within a week. Cant ask for more than that. Getting my fence was a painless experience.

We got a new fence installed less than a year ago and and at first they installed the wrong fence so they had to replace it. This passed Monday the wind blew it over and broke a panel. I've contacted this company over and over they got back to me two days later I sent them pictures and was supposed to get a phone call from them again and have someone come out to see the damage and still nothing! They don't try to correct any issues that I'm having with this fence.

The lifetime warranty is from the manufacturer for defects inherent in the material. The warranty provided by America's Backyard is for the installation and covers a period of three years on the fence and one year on the gates. Under normal use a gate does not crack and break in the manner that this...
gate has broken. It is unfortunate that something happened to cause the gate to break however it is not covered under warranty. We have offered to replace the gate at cost without a labor charge. The normal charge for something like this would be about $600.

Customer's fence is installed and she is happy. The hold up with the village was resolved thanks to her input.
