I reserved a hotel room (non-refundable) and had to cancel because the party became injured. I contacted through Expedia to ask for cancellation. (Explaining that I would eat the cost.) Not only did the hotel deny the cancellation, they refused to contact me. Now, they are overcharging me, and drained me of funds.
I checked guest details and guest booked through Expedia with no cancellation, no refund policy. Proof of booking from Expedia is attached.We can not refund but for courtesy, we can give this credit to guests for his future stay in the next six months with Econolodge, Lacrosse, WI.Thank you,***Econolodge, La Crosse, WI608-881-2132

My husband and I booked a night away for my birthday at this hotel. Our room was not in an acceptable condition for guests. Including:curtains were dirty, the chair was so dirty and wore out, but the carpet has white stuff all over, bed sheets has pee stain,and walls were so dirty and scuffed up. We paid over $100 and feel it's not right to be charged that amount of money for what the condition of the room. The hotel itself won't do anything. I have tried to contact corporate several times adn I.. Not getting anywhere.... Im very upset. And hope you guys can help us.
sorry about misunderstanding. you had my partner's email and I am in charge of answering. I did talk to the quest and issued the refund check on $40.50 which is 50% of room stay.
