I went though…
A month to lay 1,000 sq.ft of tile
SLOPPY/LAZY WORK! AMATEURS!
Uneven, Crooked tiles and grout lines
Incorrect tile placement
Horrible cut lines
MESSY
Left holes in the walls and denied it
DIRT EVERYWHERE!
Left out nail strips (I have a 3 yr. old)
Grout marks left on every newly painted wall (had to repaint entire house)
I spent HOURS cleaning up demoed tile and nails left out each night after they left
Threw mortar water over my deck, stained outdoor pavers, couch and patio chairs
CLOGGED SINK
Washed hands full of sand/grout and mortar down my sink! (I have a septic tank)
Blamed other works on property
NO ACCOUNTABILITY/UNPROFESSIONAL
Arrived each day after 10 o’clock (said traffic is too bad in the mornings)
Blamed me and other workers for clogged sink and crooked tiles
Gave me multiple deadlines. What should have taken under a week, took a month.

In the end they had to totally demo tile they had just laid, told me they will not compensate or discount the price, and would not pay for my painter to come back to fix my job, only that they will deduct $400 from bill. So I had to pay the painter up front for the damage they did.

NEVER AGAIN! PLEASE SAVE ANYONE looking to use this company!
