At first I thought America's Loan Company was great. I recieved my money, my payment was decent and they deducted it each month. One month for some reason my payment was returned and I tried to contact the office to take care of it. They are really difficult to get hold of. It took several days before someone actually answered the phone, every phone number seems to go to the same voice mail and no one ever called me back. When I finally did get hold of someone I asked for a payoff quote so I could just take care of the entire balance. I recevied the quote quickly, but after I made the payment online I received an email that told me if my debit wasn't made my payment request "may have been lost". What? So now here I am, a week later, payment not made, emails not answered, phone calls not answered with an account that is past due that I am trying to pay off!

I have applied with fhis company several times over the last few years always turned down because not enough income , or I need a co signor well I have enough income and was still turned down , no I don't have a co signor but I thought a loan was partially based on your ability to payback now and workers tell you different things such confusion !!!

False advertising when they say bad credit, no credit, we can help. My husband and I have worked all our lives and never had credit cards, financed anything, we paid cash for everything. Our credit score is zero. Dealt with them 9 business days getting documentation they needed, then asked us for collateral, didn't have a 2012 or new vehicle, trying to get a small loan to fix our truck that needs 4 calipers and new brake lines, & parking cable. Then ask for co-signer, that fell thru. Someone that never ran up credit cards or skipped out on financial loans couldn't get a loan but someone who has probably would get loans instead of someone like us that worked hard, paid our way thru life, never ask for welfare, government assistance, we paid taxes, then when you get hurt on the job & have to rely on SSI because 1 SSA worker lied to my husband & screwed him out of his disability caused his quarters to stop, can't get a small loan to fix our vehicle, & pay some extra everyday Bill's off is horrible horrible horrible. Can't even buy toilet paper today

Process was very quick and easy!! Chrystal was very patient and walked me thru the whole process very smoothly. I will definately use them again and would recommend them!!

Pretty sure all these positive comments are true. However, I did not get approved because I do fostercare and am considered "self employed", even though I can show steady, sufficient income for the past 10 years and own my home for nearly 20 yrs, have paid back these type of loans..etc etc... What is upsetting is I called 2 branches and they gave me different reasons of denial. hmmm. That's ok, you can lend to whom you wish, but I would have been a good customer!!! Please don't send solicitations stating one thing and not honoring it. Thanks.
