I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this DOES NOT resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Americu Credit Union has not tried to contact me in anyway, and when I go to a branch I am met with staff who "cannot assist me with this matter." My account still remains open and none of the fees metioned in the complaint have been removed/refundedThey have made absolutely no attempt to resolve or even discuss these issues with meIt is my sincere hope that they face legal ramifications for their unfair banking practicesI am following up with the designated banking and credit union governing agencies Regards, [redacted]
