I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this DOES NOT resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Americu Credit Union has not tried to contact me in anyway, and when I go to a branch I am met with staff who "cannot assist me with this matter."  My account still remains open and none of the fees metioned in the complaint have been removed/refunded. They have made absolutely no attempt to resolve or even discuss these issues with me. It is my sincere hope that they face legal ramifications for their unfair banking practices. I am following up with the designated banking and credit union governing agencies.
