Although I had a scheduled appointment for Monday, Febbetween and 2PMon Friday Feb26th when I arrived home from work at 7PM, I received a message on my home machine that Ameri-flow would like to come at 7AM on Monday if convenient I had a prepaid trainer appointment at 7:30AM that day, which I had previously explained to the scheduler I called Fri., SatSunand 6AM Monday to tell them not to come, yet at 7AM their tech came to my door, telling me he could not come later and it would only take a few minutes When he finished, I had missed my class and lost the monies paid I also had a coupon for $10, so I deduced both amounts and paid him $I called the company that morning and explained the situation and my payment, for they should not have assumed that they could come on an unscheduled timeSince then they have repeatedly sent me collection letters, taking no ownership in their disregard of customers

The water softener has not been fixed property by Ameriflow and we are getting water marks on dishes and scale build up in the pipes

Bad customer service when worker came in to change out our filters and fix any problemsHe was un kind and rude to my wife
We had a leak under the sink, which the guy that changed out our filters said, "could happen" and my wife assumed it was from when he was there
I called to have them get over as fast as possible to fix leak, and the next afternoon was the soonestThey came in and determined it was not the water system, but a faulty garbage disposal, after about minutesthey charged us, basically $for nothing

Bought a Water Softening system from Spencers and this system is an America Flow
The system has been not working well for the past few months and no one has come to fix it under the warranty period
Can someone come out and fix the system, since it is not working and we are getting hard water in pipes

Upon calling Ameriflow I requested an quote for a filter change the total amount of I advised the representative the last time they changed my filter, the water tasted horrible after months and the technician he had told me that it last to years She apologize for the situation and offered me an discount for for the filter change However after the job was completed I received an bill for the total amount of $I called the office about the bill and I was completely floored how the company handled the situationI explained the quote was totally wrong on my bill, I was charged $for a filter change/membrane(supposed to be $39.95), $for a sanitize, $for a membraneMisc charges that the technician hand wrote into the quote/bill 1: $6.50, 2: $12.95, 3: $17.95, 4: $11.95, 5: $The representative said the only thing they can do is give me $dollars backOf course I asked for a refund and they said that is something that is not possible

We apologize for any misunderstanding, our records indicate the original installation of the equipment was 6/6/14, we preformed routine R/O filter service on 6/16/and collected $141.06. If service was preformed last year it is possible it was done by another company. The service this
year on 6/6/was basically the same service that was provided on 6/6/with the exception that a membrane was needed which is an extra charge which we feel we did cover verbally at the time of service. We were paid full with cash on 6/6/so we felt everything was ok to that point, later the $discount was brought up to which we agreed to refund but was not accepted. In the spirit of compromise we would be willing to refund not only the $but also an additional $for a total $refund which is the $plus half of the membrane cost. Ameriflow installed a solar hot water heater for me in and they were great then and with follow up inspectionsI've only had minor issues with my system but they were great at telling dyi so they wouldn't have to come out and I wouldn't need a service charge for what I could do on my own- how many business would do that? The guys were great at telling my how to maintain my system which I really like because I don't like to take the time to read all the directionsThey gave me the important do's and don'ts which I posted on my tank so I wouldn't forgetThey're a good company

It is likely this complaint results from MrR*** having paid for two installations one to his hired plumber and one to us Ameriflow. MrR*** paid us $to reinstall an improperly installed water softener on 1/9/where we found a complete unit simply not installed
correctly. MrR*** paid and signed for our services including validation that the water softener does work. It would be nearly impossible to determine build up inside a pipe and as far as dishes are concerned many variables exist outside of water softness that can cause dish spotting, things like to much detergents, poor drying rate are some examples of cause. We do not feel any refund or reimbursement is warranted because the workmanship and equipment performance have been validated

I am forwarding pictures that show why I am dissatisfied with their response. Their response was that they could of repaired the leak without  the water softener being removed. As you can see from the pictures there is no way that they could of left the water softener in place so that the damage that it caused could be repaired. As a matter of fact the insurance adjuster that was sent said that they would have to disconnect the hot water tank to repair the damage.  I hope that the photographs explain why I am dissatisfied with Ameriflow's response.

This is the first time we have heard from [redacted] since we last did a service on 3/26/16.  I asked [redacted] why he simply did not contact us and to give us an opportunity to help him out and he did not know why he did not call us.  I told him we would send a water...

test to his home so he could test the water and that when he has done the test he should call me to which he agreed.I indicated to [redacted] I would have preferred he contact us instead of reaching out to the Revdex.com before we had an opportunity to help.  I also indicated I was confused as to the dates he sent as we did his install 1/9/16 and he said he bought the unit in late Feb 2016 in his Revdex.com complaint.  Additionally [redacted] also sent an email stating he visited our facility which he did not.  A lot of confusion here on our end, also [redacted] sounded confused as well and also said he had been in the hospital and that others have been living in the home.Hope to learn more with the water test.Tim F[redacted] Ameriflow water systems Inc.

Ameriflow water systems Inc.  was not the seller of the equipment [redacted] owns.  We do have the phone number listed on the owners manual however this is only because the company that previously had the number has been dissolved.  The contractual warranty obligations are quite possibly with PureTec Water Services AKA [redacted].  Ameriflow Water Systems Inc. is a new company that began doing business in August 2007.
In the spirit of compromise we have phoned Mrs. [redacted] on several occasions to resolve this issue.  Several times Mrs. [redacted] has been busy and has told us she would get back to us after we offered a significant reduction in price to help resolve the issue for $199.00 which amounts to $179.00 off normal pricing.
The original warranty at this point is limited to vessel replacement only for external leaks, this does not cover labor or internal failures of the media distributor or collector.
It is not reasonable to expect a new unit or a free repair on equipment that is more than 8 years old with a limited warranty.  We feel we are more than reasonable to have offered the reduction in repair price for equipment we did not sell.
At this point we are not sure what to do if this offer is not accepted.  We do not do free repairs however we are willing to compromise and we have shown that willingness.  If a more favorable price is found by a reputable and capable company we will gladly consider meeting or beating the price.

We can check the unit again to validate it is working.  I will call MR. R[redacted] to set up a visit.

Dear Revdex.com Ameriflow have a duty of care to fix any problems with the system that was installed by them and there is a one year manufacturers warranty. They have to honour the warranty as per the FTC guidelines. Thank you

The consumer simply asked us to remove the unit and get rid of it.  We did as the consumer indicated, the consumer signed off and paid for the service and declined repairs.  Not sure what else we can do, when we do what the consumer asks.  At this point the unit has been discarded and...

I am not even sure as to what the problem or where a leak may have came from.

I was told they were not the correct company but they will help me out. Even though my original paperwork has the same contact phone number . I was told this should of never happened in the first place and that it will not happen again. I don't believe it will not happen again. I was offered for them to come out and fix my exsisting softner at a cost to me of 199.00 and then a 30 day warranty. This is not acceptable at all. So after 30 days and this happens again I am out of luck on a machine that it supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I have talked to many plumbers and they all agree this softner should have lasted a lot longer than 8 years. I feel that I am entitled to a new water softner with a lifetime warranty

I I just had a Krystal Pure (AmeriFlow) service rep come to my house on a warranty call, because of a leaking resin tank. He stated that the tank would need to be replaced, and the warranty would cover it. I asked about the hard water build up, and he stated that it was because the resin had failed and would need to be replaced as well for an additional $200 labor charge. He said he did not have any resin on board his van and he would have to come back. He said he would be willing to change out the tank and put the old resin in the new tank for no additional charge. This is in my mind extortion. How can you replace a tank and transfer the old resin under the Service trip charge, yet Justify charging $200 to install new resin. The resin is warranted for 25 years, the system has only been in service for 9 yrs and 6 months
