The reason why I am writing this complaint is because when I tried to resolve with the company they redirected my account to third party collections to avoid the issue at handBack in the beginning of the year, my bank called fraud on the this company for charging my account and I had not relizedTurns out it was coming from a gymI had no idea the money was still being drawnInitial contract was monthsSo I got back three months payment and this was when the company started callingThat I owed them moneyMy bank ended up giving the money back to the company and out of my accountBut when the bill came I noticed that they did not account for the money paid back and only added more charges on top of thatI called the companyAnd told them out the bank and told them I didn’t feel comfortable paying the remainder if they were not gunna acknowledge that as wellOver phone the lady told me to give it some time and the charges should be accounted forI have it time but soon I w

I was directed by phone to Peak Payment Solutions when I tried to cancel a membership in July with Spring Fitness in Spring, TX prior to moving out of state The representative from Peak Payment informed that cancellations could only done by email and not over the phone He explained that an email would be sent to my email address on file with a link to a website which would explain how to cancel the membership I have not found that email in my junk mail inbox or otherwise I do not believe that email was ever sent After moving from Houston the week of Harvey into the jaws of Irma in Atlanta, I am at my limit for things I have been dealing with and was not pleased when I saw my gym charge my checking account again this month I phoned Spring Fitness and once again was directed to Peak Payment Solutions The representative convinced me that I received an email in July to which I had not replied and that it was my fault they had not cancelled my gym membership After the phone

I signed up with a gym that uses Peak as it's billing company the beginning of February I used the gym a handful of times before having issues with the gym itself I brought the issues to the owner's attention and then continued having problems The last straw was my son being seriously injured at the facility while in the children's area The gym failed to provide adequate supervision or a safe environment Due to the gym's negligence, my son needed stitches Instead of asking the gym to pay the medical bills, I asked for the contract to be cancelled I contacted both the billing company and the gym The billing company conveniently took several days to respond The gym also dragged their feet to contact the billing company In fact, I had to contact both twice each in order to finally get it cancelled They waited until the day of the next month's draft to cancel my contract I asked if it had still been drafted I was told yes, when I asked how to make sure it wa

Signed up for a membership at a gym, never was mailed a copy of the contract, Been billed an extra months, plus extra fees totaling around $Contract had none of my information on it correct, grammatical errors, very suspicious and I believe fraud and falsification has been committed

I entered into a contract with 24/Fitness in Horn Lake, Ms back in October and I paid for the first and last month of a group fitness plan call Shape Up For Life and on 11/another payment was taken out of my accountI went in to the gym on 12/for class and was told by the Manager Clay M*** that the classes were canceled and that the gym would be closing and reopening under new management, at the time I was there he told me the computers were down and he couldn't cancel my membership and to come back the next day which I did and he left before I got thereI returned to the gym on 12/only for him to tell me that there was nothing he could do right then, he would need to contact the owner and peak solutions and would get back to me however he never didMy husband stopped by and was told by Clay that his Authority to cancel memberships had been taken away and we would need to call peak solutions which I did on 12/10, spoke to Stephanie who said she would contact the owner an

I called Peak Payment in October to cancel my membership to FIT Bootcamp of CharlotteI was told over the phone that my membership was set to auto renew after my last payment in December I asked for and was told that my account had been set to terminate in December and my last payment would be drafted in DecemberIn January and March, the monthly draft was taken out of my bank accountI've tried to communicate with Peak Payment to get these two drafts refunded, but I am being told that since I didn't request my cancellation in writing, I cannot get a refundI was never told on the phone in October that they needed a written request, nor did the email they sent me on October 5, say anything about a written request of cancellationI’ve been communicating via email since March 2nd requesting this refundI requested a phone number on March 8th but have yet to hear anything back from Peak

I was having a difficult time finding someone capable of moving a mobile home I purchased until I contacted this business owner on March 17th, when he offered a good price for moving it if I was willing to wait a couple of weeks for an opening in his schedule I waited until April 1st to follow up with him, and was told he'd be ready to move it in three days I waited for a week before calling him again, and was met with another excuse I tried again ten days later, he said he was busy, but would call the next morning He didn't He didn't even call that same week I had to chase him down again...and again...and again...before the last call I made on May 12th He said he'd call, but never did I don't understand how anyone, business owner or not, can place so little value in the worth of their word, and not even have the decency to apologize one single time for all of the self-imposed deadlines he missed The primary reason I kept trying as long as I did was because of the price

Peak Payment Solutions took over my account from Lighthouse fitnessMy last billing cycle should have been with Lighthouse Fitness as I called them and was told I had to make no more payments and my account would not auto debit on the following monthOnce Peak took over billing I was charge againI called to clear up the issue and was told I had to provide the notes of the call from Lighthouse fitness and the gymThe gym does not answer any questions on billingPeak has since called other phone numbers that I had not given them to make collections calls and have done nothing to rectify or retrieve the information from the prior billing company

I was told when I signed up at Club Fitness that I would be able to cancel my membership if I moved thirty miles away from that gymI was a member of that gym when I was living in the area as a studentUpon completing my degree, I moved back home, which is approximately one hundred miles awayI requested that Peak Payment, the billing service, cancel my membership and stop my automatic draftsI sent them my driver's license, as they requested, which displays my home addressThey said it was unacceptable, even though I explained my situation extensivelyI have all e-mails to and from them and would be glad to provide them for further clarificationThey asked for other proofs of relocation which I simply do not haveI explained that I was a student and was no longer living in the area, and provided a document that indicated soThis is simply an attempt at them to continue to collect my money even though I have provided adequate proof of relocationI had the fee of $drafte

I’ve been going back and forth with Erica at Peak payment to cancel my gym membership for a couple of weeks because I moved an hour away from the gymOk I was told that I needed to provide proof that I have moved far away from the gym so I provided my lease agreementThey waited a long time to get back to me with a stupid excuse like oh there’s no zip code in ur new address, and you need to provide the whole lease agreement which I didThey came back to me with another excuse oh we didn’t need the whole lease agreement just the 1st page and the last page and oh there’s no tenant signature on the leaseI feel like I’m being played just so they can make money off of me like last night a $was taken out of my accountI put in my cancellation request for about weeks and they know about it and still lying, playing people just to rip them off

Peak Payment Solutions is the billing service for Professional Fitness Norwich (CT)I received personal training services from Professional Fitness as they provided such under an agreement with my gym, Renegade Fitness (Salem Tpke, Norwich, CT 06360)Renegade and Professional Fitness terminated their relationship, and Professional Fitness ceased providing personal training at the facilityHowever, Professional Fitness has continued billing on a monthly basis for services that they did not deliver, and made no attempt to continue deliveringIn other words, Professional Fitness has made no effort to continue providing personal training services its Renegade Gym clients

I signed up for a personal training membership with Professional Fitness New BedfordA man named Wallace took my credit card and had me sign what he told me was a receipt for the $I paid ($of which was an advance payment for my last month)I signed itHe told me my trainer would contact me that day to sa training sessionTwo days passed and I did not hear from the trainer so I went to Wallace and asked him what was going on and he told me she would contact me that dayThe trainer contacted me a couple days later and set up a training for the next weekAfter I did the first training session I realized it was not what Wallace had promised so I told him I wanted to cancel the membershipHe gave me a piece of paper with a number to call because they do not handle cancellations in the gym, apparentlyI called the number and a recording picked up and directed me to call another numberI called the other number (which turned out to be a different company from the company

This billing company continues to charge illegitimate charges to my accountMy monthly gym membership is $and they charge $When I call to inquire about the charges, I am mocked by the employeeThey then continue to give me the run around and tell me to contact to gymI call the gym and they direct me to peak payment

BEWARE!
I never missed a payment (this is for my gym), however this month the bank sent me a new bank card at the end of january like they sometimes doThe 1st of the month payment didn't go through, so I got an email about itI went online and payed ASAP (today, 2/1) and changed the payment informationWhen I called them to ask what the other amount of $was for, they said it was a $dollar return fee because the payment didn't go through that same day
I think this is very poor business practice, the customer should have day to update the payment information and submit paymentOnce not done, then this should applyBut honest customers who always pay timely to be ripped off like this is not fairDO NOT RECOMMEND this company !!!!

I would like to set up an appointment to meet with the customer and her boy friend.
Please call me at ###-###-#### to schedule a time that we can meet togetherThank you,
