Ameristop Food Mart

Hello,
I visited Ameristop on June 14, 2014 around 4PM at your Bellevue, Kentucky location and had the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. An elderly lady (the receipt doesn't show the name of the employee) attempted to help me with my "1 Large ICEE Float" order. Before I even finished ordering she told me the price was $4.43. I immediately knew this was wrong (as I had looked at the price before placing my order), but my friend had already given her his card to pay for it. She ended up charging us for 2, so I then had to ask for a refund, which she then accused us of saying 2 instead of just fixing the order, grunted and whined "GEEZ". I told her she could just refund the entire order. She didn't refund the money back on the card, she gave it back in cash (which isn't correct).
In the end, she put me in a terrible mood and I will never return to your store again and I will let everyone else in the area know not to waste their time there. [redacted] has ICEE's too and they have respect for their customers.

This is not about the product, it's about the sales/delivery experience. On 5/23 I ordered Armor Chip with military grade topcoat. In the comments, as instructed, I put the chip colors I wanted. It was supposed to ship in 1-2 days according to the web site. On 5/30 I inquired about it, and received an answer it would be shipping that day. On 6/4 I received only the chips and they were the WRONG COLOR! I called to report the issue and asked where the rest of the product was, and was told it was all shipped and would be arriving shortly. She promised to call back later in the day with info on when the proper chips would arrive. After business hours on 6/4 I received a shipping notice that the epoxy was being shipped that day, it had NOT been shipped on 5/30 as I was told. No phone call as promised about the chips either. I sent another email and copied the Info email as well as sales, and got an answer that my chips would arrive on 6/7 which they did. The rest of the order got there on 6/6 so I was able to etch the floor and get ready for the epoxy. After letting the floor dry as instructed, on 6/8 we opened the "kit" buckets, and found one of them had Part B all over the inside of the 6 gallon bucket, and on top of the Part A bucket. The Part B looked like it was never sealed at the factory. It's now been 18 days since ordering and I'm forced to email support to find out if I can use the product or if I have to wait for another kit. No reply after an hour, even though it's 24 hour support and they will answer "promptly".

Needless to say they have not been good to deal with. The sales department acted as if I was a burden, not a valued customer. If I had it to do over again I would NOT use the company, even if they have a great product (which I can't vouch for yet). Had this been a good experience I would have been proud to show off my floor and give good references to everyone that saw it. Now I'll recommend they go elsewhere.

Terrible service. Ordered and was told 2 weeks, its been over 4 weeks. Called before closing, nobody know anything. Called back was told this week. Nothing. Called again, was told "should be going out anytime now". I asked for a tracking number. Nothing... DO NOT ORDER IF GOOD SERVICE IS WHAT YOU DESIRE. Still waiting for the floor I paid $1600 for ....
