 This company is lying.  I clearly ordered 5 Morgan Silver Dollars ONLY for 149.50 plus $12 shipping.  No where on the order form does it state I wanted an uncirculated coin for an additional 69.00.   Please see the website below for what I ordered.   No where on that page does it mention an uncirculated coin.   [redacted]

[Your Answer Here]Now they state 90 days, when it was first stated  15, maybe 60 days- a bit of schmoozing going on here; typical considering board co-directors, which have every confidence of goings on, or even consider/care.They were so fast to enter my name, now it takes almost an eternity to remove it, plus Pennsylvania State Law prohibits such antics, and is being reported there for action, inasmuch as company is reticent to abide about decent privacy and an insult to one's intelligence for one to make a rational, definite, intelligent decision

On June [redacted] placed an order for a 1992 Gold Panda Coin. This item had to be specially ordered as the customer requested. [redacted] is on a payment plan for 3 monthly installments before the coin can be shipped. We assure you she is covered by our 60day money back guarantee. If [redacted] wishes to cancel the order we can do this as well.

immediately reviewed our records.  [redacted] has one outstanding order that was placedon 04/**/15 for eight Certified Morgan Silver Dollars totaling $49,700.00.  The order was put on a 3 -payment layawayplan per the customer’s request and the order will be shipped on or around 06/**/2015when the final payment is collected. There are no other outstanding orders forthis customer nor has he been sent any invoices for payment.  [redacted] did attempt to place a second orderwith the company totaling $73,160.00. However when he failed to respond to aconfirmation e-mail, the order was cancelled. No charges were ever incurred by[redacted] for said order.  Our investigation showed that [redacted] participatedin each transaction and had an understanding of what he was purchasing.  [redacted] certainly was in no way threatenedor mislead into purchasing.  This order wasalso verified by management with the customer.  We do want to state that the individual making thisinquiry is not our customer.   Please feel free to contact me directly with anyquestions you may have.   Sincerely,  [redacted]

Upon receipt of this complaint, we immediately reviewed our records.   The online advertisement was showing an initial  price of $19.95 with free S & H which was a typo.  It then prompts you to clink on the link where it shows the correct price of $29.95 with free S & H. Our management has reviewed the call when [redacted] called in with the discrepancy  and found that the representative should have escalated the call to management that that point.    However, because the initial price was listed as $19.95 with free S & H we will honor that price if [redacted] would still like to place the order. We attempted to call [redacted] previously and was not able to reach her. She can call me directly at ###-###-#### so she can directly place the order.
