I called Amistee on the recommendation of a neighbor I must say how pleased I was from the start, beginning with a thorough knowledge of the operation from Donna who answered the phone I made an appointment for both my home and my daughters home to be done the same morning Two employees, Jeff and Tyler, arrived promptly on time, explained the procedure, and began putting drop cloths down to protect carpet and stairs Their work was very professional and timely I was delighted with the enthusiasm they both exhibited Thanks Amistee for a job WELL DONE !! Amistee (Joe and Jimmy) were out yesterday to clean our air ducts and dryer vent I am very happy with the job they did They were very friendly, informative, they wore booties covering their shoes, and they took great care in laying down drop clothsWe bought this house years ago and had never had the ducts cleaned so after having a total remodel of the master bedroom, bathroom, and dressing area we felt the air duct cleaning was necessary Listening to the sounds of all the “stuff” getting sucked out of those ducts was amazing....and alarming So glad we finally did this

They were careful about tracking dirt into the house and careful not to damage corners of walls with the big vacuum hose They thoroughly explained the process and seemed happy to answer all of my questions They presented me with my option to have a anti microbial spray applied and pointed out the sorry condition of my furnace filter and offered a replacement While they pointed these things out they were not pushy at all about it, they were friendly and informative! They worked efficiently as a team and I was surprised by how well they were able to clean the duct system I will definitely be calling Amistee in a few years to do it again, and have already recommended them to family members!
These folks are VERY reputable, on time, hard working, results oriented Our new home purchase BADLY needed duct cleaning ( year old home and NEVER done and you could SMELL the dirt and stink when turning on heat or A/C) Rob and Troy to the rescue! They worked HARD and thoroughly Can't say enough good about the crew AND the company It uses a process and equipment that gets the job genuinely done and achieves a good cleaning
