DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as you can tell by the D+ rating they are a horrible companyThey put products up online that they do not actually have, the item I received had an invoice from *** where they were the buyer and I was the shipping addressOnce receiving my item it was not the one pictured or in the descriptionThe item I ordered was a figure the original version of the figure and they sent me the Re Released version, upon contacting them( which will take forever as they have different email addresses and different phone numbers that don't get answeredOnce you finally get a hold of someone they are very rude and not helpfulOnce they told me they were going to do my refund/return I said I was going to call back the next day to verify and was told "I won't let you call back"when I asked to talk to the supervisor I was also told "I am the senior supervisor"So if the management team is talking to customers like that it just shows how much this company DOES NOT CAREI wish they had negative #s for ratings I would give them that

Ordered a product from the cutebabybuy.com websiteAfter charge cleared received email asking for photocopies of debit card, driver's license, print and signature, and print of numbers on cardsHave never been asked for these things in all my online shopping historyReported them to my credit union as a scam company, and had my card cancelled and charge disputedCalls to the support number ring enough times to make you think there is no answering service before going to a generic machine message that will most likely not be returned

Order a Christmas gift through ***.*** and AMI Ventures Inc as the third party sellerI placed the order on 11/26/and payment was immediately withdrawnOn 11/30/I received an email that my item has been shipped and was to be delivered by 12/09/Today is 12/16/and I still have not received my itemCalled AMI Ventures Inc and was told that my item hadn't been shipped, they have tracking on it and that I needed to wait longer because it's not coming from the United StatesAlmost a month after taking my money they haven't even shipped my itemAfter asking for a refund I was told that I needed to wait til next week because today is a FridayVery unacceptable and horrible experience

I ordered some spark cartridges from this company onlineI was under the impression the impression that it was a value pack of 3, pack cartridges for dollars because that's what the picture said on the siteWhat I received was 1, packWhen I called the company I was told that I was mistaken and it was not a value pack and in order for me to send it back and get an refund I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee and pay shipping

This company is the worst company I've dealt with customer service sucks shipping is slowWill never buy from them again

I order a security system from [redacted] but my order didn't go through because my bank card but a stop on the order. So I got approved the order but said it was out of stock so I found a similar but more expensive and was processed by third party company name [redacted]. I received email from [redacted] confirming order was shipped and [redacted] and I checked after 24 hrs and kept getting unable to locate tracking number. I was worried that I didn't know when package was arriving. Then the next couple of days I received a package from [redacted], I opened and was the security system but I ordered through [redacted]. I checked on [redacted] and they had the same system but it was cheaper. I paid $100.83 on [redacted] and in [redacted] was $76.99. [redacted] charged me $100.83 and went around and they ordered from [redacted] for less and made $23.84. I have [redacted] and I could it buy myself. This is a dishonest company, lied about shipping and called numerous time and didn't get answer. Now reading other reviews I see others had similar or worst! Company like this with saveral names shouldn't be on business. I even got [redacted] receipt on the package and not from [redacted].They are scamming people. Now I have to look at third party companies before placing an order.

This issue is still NOT resolved, It took another week to finally get [redacted].com to finally send me a return label over a week ago and then I sent the product back and they received it today and tell me again to wait in each e mail another 3-5 days. I have waited almost 3 weeks to get my money back....

I am very angry with this company and will never use them again.I still have not gotten my money back.

We would request the customer to check their account again in the next few days to reconfirm the credit for this purchase. Alternatively, they cam also write to [redacted] to confirm the refund for this purchase.
