We have been to this homeowners residence and inspected the interior damageIt is very minor and we have sent our repair service to fix the boot jack leak on the roofOnce this is complete we will send our painter to fix the interior damage

During this period of the winter months we were going through roofing crew issues and having trouble getting a crew to roof with winter weather and cold temperatures. Also, we prefer not to roof when temperatures are below 40 degrees due to the shingles not sealing properly. We also were making many...

changes inside the company during this period, we went through a period of loosing a few account reps and also had to lay a few people off because things slow down during winter months. I was unaware of the security light, we would be willing to fix the light or pay for those damages. Thank you!

a week and they have not returned to resolve the issue.  In May, an employee named "[redacted]" was out and determined it was the chimney flashing.  We've just been waiting on the repair.  Now, "[redacted]" says he isn't sure.  However, we still haven't seen anyone for either repair or to make a definitive dermination of what the problem is.

It is with great understanding that you are upset and we have looked internally to see were the confusion took place. It is our understanding that our employee told you that after initial completion that the GAF warranty would...

take place after your jobs were complete ie.. shutters on the outside of your house and the garage interior that was on your insurance loss sheet. However, we apologize that the GAF process was misinterpreted. The process is that we don't provide warranty until after job is complete or paid in full. Also, you did pay for the roof in full but not the other said items that you wanted done. That was the reason for the delay of time. GAF warranty is #XXXXXXX.

Complaint #[redacted]Dealing with employees of AMP Restoration to correct their errors was a painful experience until a new General Manager, [redacted], showed up.  He is very professional in his explanation of the problem and how he was going to make it better.  If they could mint a dozen [redacted]s this company would grow exponentially.  Most importantly, he was believable.  He arrived when he promised.  He called regularly to learn about (or inform me) the progress of correcting the problem.  My wife and I are satisfied with the action of [redacted] and believe that problem has been corrected.  If not he insisted that we call him immediately to report any additional issues.[redacted]

After talking to direct higher management, we found that the representative working our job was severely reprimanded for improper dealings with us. Everything has since been worked out. I appreciate you assistance.

We resolved this issue with the homeowners back on 3/14/17...We personally handed over a cashiers check in the amount in full that was owed. This complaint is resolved and should be closed. Thank you!

It comes with great remorse that you were unsatisfied with our company's employee. As of now we are completed with an...

internal investigation through our employee's phone record and text messages. Upon review there were no hostile texts on phone records and transcripts (Information can be provided if needed). As for the carbon copy contract/agreement it is in trusted in you that you read all terms of said agreement before signing. On the back of all our agreements/contracts it states that "If cancellation occurs after work has been performed, including but not limited adjuster meeting attendance, tarping, material drop off, ect. Then homeowner is required to pay a fee of 10% of the RCV." Meaning that we did attend the adjuster meeting that was scheduled by your insurance agency and without us pointing out the said damage of your roof it wouldn't have been bought or many things could have been overlooked. Since we did go out of our way for you, made plans, and got said roof bought we do ask for some compensation towards our services upon cancelation. Ie. Roof was going to be denied per the insurance agency but do to our employee's experience he recommend that the insurance adjuster do a brittle test which actually got the roof purchased. Furthermore the collection team reached out to persons who signed contract and sympathized with her allowing her to settle for just half of what customer owed. Homeowner was not ecstatic for still having to owe money but was very thankful for the lower cost and agreed to pay. Since the second agreement to help homeowners once again was reached we have unable to reach homeowners. We have made all individuals aware from our company to stay clear of residency to ensure situation does not ignite again, only upper management has tried to call/stop by to collect second agreed upon funds. We reach out once a week to collect past due funds as of 9/12/15 account is still in collections. - Thank You AMP Restoration

We went out to the home last Friday, we are determining area of where the leak is coming from so we can get a resolution to get the issue fixed. After being out to look at it, we do not think it is the chimney flashing.

The company sent a roofer out to fix roof but nothing has been adressed regarding the stain on my ceiling. Once again when you call the office all you get is an answering machine.
