We had a flood on a Sunday relating to the A/C In response, *** and *** from Amtek came over promptly right away The work they performed was effective in terms of stopping the water They also went beyond the call of duty by lending a hand to remove furniture and electronic equipment from wet walls, etc Both were very professional, courteous, pleasant, and provided a quality contractor recomendation Both also followed up the next day Great service My family is grateful
I recently had AMTEK A/C technician *** *** come to my home on 8/due to a problem with my A/C Based on his inspection of the outside unit and the air handler/heating unit, parts were needed to be replaced, but the initial problem could not be precisely determined He used his phone to record visual and sound that the unit was making A call was to be made to TRANN technicians in the morning and I would be contacted On 8/in the morning I was contacted by the office that *** would be at my home in the afternoon *** arrived, explained what the manufacturer technicians indicated the problem was and explained that the part was expensive After he explained everything, and knowing that the compressor would only last possibly another year, he explained my options, and costs Based on all the information he provided, my decision to replace both units was relatively simple considering the costs of repair or replace the entire system *** *** was extremely precise in checking the entire system, and when unable to determine the exact cause, did not hesitate to say he just didn't know but will find out from manufacturer *** was extremely professional, and gave me all the information so I could make a decision what to do I would not hesitate to both recommend AMTEK and ask for *** *** to service an A/C unit
During my tune up, your tech *** took the time to explain how my ac was operating and answered all my questionsI will definitely use Amtek in the future
*** was here earlier in the week and I was very pleased with his workHe was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I understood everythingI would highly recommend *** to anybody
The Tech was professional & prompt., our home was left clean & the tech left a report of what was done I will certainly call them

[redacted] reinstalled my air conditioner today and did an excellent job. He was very meticulous about his work and did everything correctly. I would rate him as a class act employee and very valuable to any company. AmTec should be proud!!!

He was pleasant and explained all the steps he took. I will continue to use AMTEC. thank you Jon for job well done!

He was very thorough in his explaination of the issue with our A/C unit and the different options for repair or replacement of the equipment. I found his honesty to be very refreshing and decided to do a full replacement instead of a repair which would have been a short term fix. I have used Amtek before at a rental property that I own and would highly recomend them. [redacted] is truly an asset to Amtek and represents the company in an excellent manner.

Amtek is a scam. They advertise a $49.00 air conditioning inspection but it is actually a scam to try to sell other unnecessary add-ons. The technician said we had a leak that would cost $680.00 to fix when there was no leak at all. He then proceeded to break the circuit breaker to the outside unit and wanted $195.00 to fix it.
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
