Buyer Beware
Purchased the Anajet in 2010, for 16,000, we traveled to California, took the classes, must say everything appeared on the up and up. However, we were never able to get one order of shirts to print consisted, we wasted many blank shirts. We spent time on the phone with text support. Run the ink cleaning cycle, so with our huge investment we followed their instructions to the letter. The lines would plug with ink, and oh, we purchased additional inks from their company and solution to clean the lines. We purchased additional lines and than too our "surprise" it was determined the head needed to be replaced. At our expense of course. These heads are Epsom heads - which in an Epsom printer if you run the wrong ink through them your warranty is voided. Doing research Anajet purchases these heads for pennies from China, and turns around and charges you $500 for the new head, which is confidently not covered in your warranty with Anajet. Epsom never intended for these heads to be used in this type of machine. I see this company is still taken advantage of people time and time again. I would even assume they write their own great reviews. I will continue to post everywhere I can this information. Also, the president of the company will meet and greet you in his office, and make all kinds of promises and welcome you into the ripoff club of Anajet, however once your check is cashed and they no longer realize that you want to talk to someone other than customer service your calls go to the person in charge of complaints. He will now refuse you speaking to this wonderful president, does not matter than you drop 16,000 plus to their company. Buyer beware !

Hello,This customer bought an AnaJet mPprinter which uses inkjet technology (not laser) in April of In July of they had ink flow related issues which resulted in AnaJet replacing one of their print heads at no chargeThe print heads are not covered udder the warranty as lack of maintenance, lack of use or having the printer in an improper environment will cause the heads to be cloggedAnaJet made an exception and replaced the print head at no chargeAnaJet Technical Support did not hear of any issues in regard to this customer's printer until January of this year when they called again with clogging related issuesAlthough the warranty on the printer has expired, AnaJet has offered to repair the machine as if it were still under warrantyAnaJet has offered to cover shipping both ways as well as cover the cost of parts and labor excluding the print headsThe customer has agreed to this and motions have been set in place to carry out AnaJet's offer

Hello, This customer bought their printer in March of After experiencing ink flow related issues due to inactivity, the printer came back to AnaJet for repair in September of It was determined that two of the three print heads were clogged beyond repairAlthough the print heads are not covered under the warranty, AnaJet replaced them at no charge and sent the machine back to the customerIn February of 2014, the customer called tech support in regards to flushing the ink out of the system and filling the lines with cleaning solutionDuring this call, the customer was struggling with flushing out the white ink which is an indication of cloggingThe customer recently tried bringing ink back into the system but was unable to do so as not all of the ink was removed from the ink delivery system at the time of the flush which has resulted in severe clogging issues Clogging problems can only occur due to inactivity, lack of maintenance or if the printer is in an improper environmentIf the ink remains in the ink delivery system and does not move via head cleans or printing, the ink will clog Although the warranty on this customers printer has expired, AnaJet will offer to repair the machine as if it were still under warrantyThe customer will only be responsible for inbound shipping and print heads if neededAnaJet will cover outbound shipping as well as all other parts and labor

Hello, This customer bought their AnaJet mPprinter in March of In April of the customer contacted AnaJet as they wanted to get their printer repaired and upgradedWhen the printer arrived at AnaJet, it was determined that one of the print heads was clogged beyond repair and would need to be replacedThe ink used in AnaJet printers is water basedClogging issues happen as a result of the water in the ink separating from the pigmentThis happens as a result of inactivity, lack of maintenance or having the printer in an improper environment The print heads are not covered under the warranty for clogging related issues The daily, weekly and quarterly maintenance routines as well as the temperature and humidity requirements for the printer can be found in the user manual that come with machineThe maintenance and environment requirements are also explained in our training course as well as training documents and videos on our website AnaJet has offered to discount the replacement print head by 20%

We were so excited to expand our bussiness! Went ahead and paid for a RI3000 October 24, 2018. All promises that the salesman said were lies. We never recieved anything he gave us as a 'promotion' then he never answered his phone or any emails after that! From November 5 (yes took them that long to get a tech out!) We were on the phone with tech support for no less than 5 hours a day every bussiness day. We were able to finally print a viable shirt DECEMBER 21st! We worked on it and worked on it. Will only do about 10 shirts before banding gets so bad you have to stop and work it out which takes HOURS! That is on top of daily, weekly maintenance. Had to call them again because our efforts were getting no where again. They claimed to have moved offices and now they are better than ever! More lies. After getting sent every board possible to replace (yes it was on me to do via phone tech support) the machine still not working! Since it was smoking the machine has been off since. Is supposed to be getting shipped back at their expense and refurbished (why does a brand new machine need to be referbished?) Then sent back to us. Leaving us still with no printer for an additional 6 WEEKS! Where is it at now? Still here they will not respond as to how to ship it back! Has to be a special truck due to size and weight. And to boot the paperwork they sent over says we are responsible for partial shipping fees! Money pit! Dont waste your hard earned money...check out other companies!

About a year ago I sent the Revdex.com a letter regarding our Anajet MPlaser printer that we purchased in good faith and have had nothing but problems. For the second time, Anajet agreed to fix the machine at no cost to us which means it cost $for new print heads. The machine didn't last any time before it broke down again and has not worked for the majority of last year. We sent it to another company for evaluation and it isn't even worth the cost to fix againNow I understand the company has been sold and there are several law suits against Anajet. This machine cost over $30,and we are still making payments. I am not sure what the Revdex.com can do but a record needs to be established so no one else can be tricked into buying a machine that is shoddy and does not live up to the advertisements. I originally thought our machine was a lemon but now expect all of their equipment was poorly made

Hello,At this time a replacement printer is on its way to the customer in questionWe are replacing their generation printer with an updated generation printer complete with several electronic and mechanical upgradesIn addition we have agreed to extend this customers warrantyI personally have seen to it that the customers printer not only got replaced but that it got replaced with a newer and upgraded unitAs I have already gone above and beyond what AnaJet normally does in these situations there is unfortunately nothing further I can do

While this resolution partially resolves my complaint I do not feel as though it is sufficient Receiving a replacement printer does exactly thatreplaces what I should have had all a long I have suffered much loss (time, money, clients, mental and emotional stress) and feel it would be appropriate to not only have the problem fixed, but be compensated for the loss A replacement printer would have been appropriate weeks ago when it originally broke but I have been so disappointed in my customer experience since then It has already been days since I was told that a replacement printer would be sent I lose my only source of revenue and income everyday that I dont have a printer I know that having a printer shipped out that day or overnight was not realistic but (IF it ships tomorrow, maybe more) days is not an acceptable time frame for something this time sensitive As I stated in my original complaint, having my printer permanently replaced with an upgraded printer (mp10) would be an appropriate resolution to compensate me for the losses that I have incurred from the faulty printer, a long with my poor customer experience with the company.

This customer bought their mPower printer in September of They starting having ink flow issues in February at which time the printer came in for repairDuring the repair process, it was confirmed that two of the three print heads in their printer were clogged and could not be
recoveredThe print heads are not covered under the warranty for clogging related issues and normally cost $eachAnaJet made the decision to replace the two clogged print heads at no charge.
The mPower printer uses water based ink which needs to be maintained on a daily, weekly and quarterly basisAll of which are outlined and described in the user manual and training videoIn addition to the maintenance requirements, the machine needs to be in an environment with a minimum of 45% humidity.The only way for the ink to clog the print head is if the ink reaches the print head then sits idleWhile sitting idle, the pigment in the ink will separate from the water, causing the clogThe daily maintenance requires getting a good nozzle check patternThe nozzle check pattern will indicate if clogging is beginning to happenIf the nozzle check is poor, print head cleans are required to make the nozzle check look good againDoing print head cleans and printing with the machine on a daily basis will maintain proper ink flow and prevent clogging related problems.
In October of 2014, this customer started having ink flow related problems again and the printer came in for repairDuring this repair it was determined yet again, that two of the print heads are clogged and cannot be recoveredAlthough the warranty on their printer expired, AnaJet agreed to have the printer come in for repair and to be treated as if it still had a warrantyThe customer is not being charged for parts or labor excluding the print heads.
In regard to the price of the print heads, AnaJet can discount them by 20%This is in addition to covering the cost of all other parts and labor

This customer purchased their machine in the United States where we sell and service printers directly from the manufacturer to the consumer. At the time of sale, the customer did not inform us that he planned to ship the product out of country to the UAE. Outside of the United States we
sell and service our products through distributors. Once we became aware that this customer had shipped the product out of the country, we informed him that he would need to get his parts and service from our distributor in the UAE. We did offer to work with the distributor to ensure he got the parts and service he needed, however, we are required by contract to work through the distributor. Our distributor also confirmed that they were ready and able to help him repair his printer. We understand that he did obtain service at one time from the distributor; however, he continued to attempt to purchase product from the US and ultimately refused to work with the distributor to repair his printer due to price He advised us that he will not have our distributor support him as he did not want to pay their pricesHe commented that he would purchase the necessary parts through our Anajet Online store as that was more cost effective than having our distributor support himI let him know that we would gladly expedite his order once it was received in our systemHe was advised that online purchases do require a US credit card and ship to US addresses in order to work, he said he had that covered during a phone conversation At this point, we have not sent any parts to the distributor for repairs as the end user agreed to acquire them on his own, against our recommendation To resolve this situation, AnaJet is offering to have our distributor in his location service the machine and get it operational again at no cost to himAnajet will cover the cost associated with the printer repair and have our distributor bill us directly After repair, the customer will need to work with the local distributor for any future repairs, parts and consumables such as ink and pretreatment. Because he moved the printer out of the United States and into a country where we are under contract to use a distributor, we are unable to sell or service the customer directly without involving the distributor
