IST OFF, I HAVE NEVER SAID I HAD A FOOT PROBLEM...PERHAPS MR [redacted] IS TALKING WITH WHOMEVER...I HAVE NOT HAD HIM DIRECTLY CONTACT ME AT THIS EMAIL ADDRESS AS I KNOW OF...THE PROBLEM I TOLD THE AGENT WAS A DOGBITE ON THE HAND..SEVERE...SEVERE ENOUGH FOR A HAND SURGEON TO HAVE TO CORRECT...THAT PROHIBITED ME FROM DRIVING FOR OVER 2 WEEKS....I HAVE ALWAYS CONSIDERED MYSELF VIGILANT AS FAR AS REPAIR WORK OR WARRANTY WORK IS CONCERNED...MY RECORD INDICATES THAT AND I HAVE HAD GOOD RELATIONS WITH ANY CUSTOMER WHO FIRST...HAD THE FACTS STRAIGHT...CONTACTED ME PERSONALLY INSTEAD OF GOING TO THE Revdex.com TO COMPLAIN....THE ONLY COMPLAINT IN 3 YEARS THAT I KNOW ABOUT THAT HAS NOT HAD A RESOLUTION WAS THE ONE WHO WANTED TO SOLVE IT WITH A SMITH @ WESSON...IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING THAT I WILL NOT RESPONDIF MR. [redacted] WANTS TO GET RELIEF ON THIS MATTER PLEASE HAVE HIM CONTACT ME PERSONALLY TO A RESOLUTION[redacted]...OWNER....ANDCOR FOUNDATION###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: I have understood from the beginning that the cracks in the floor are not the problem. However, he has persisted in calling the floor the problem so that he will not have to fix anything. The actual problem is that when he put the 19 piers under my home, he told me that my foundation was secure and there would be no further damage. Since the piers have been placed, there are new cracks in the walls and the floor has buckled in multiple locations around the house making it dangerous to walk around due to the risk of tripping over the cracks. I have, and will happily produce, my phone records showing that I am the one who initiated contact and was being persistent to get him to come and reinspect my house. During this process, he has contacted me twice. He has not texted me at any point in time. I have attached a record of my documentation of my calls to Mr. [redacted] and will be happy to furnish a copy of my phone records to further prove that he has not contacted me as often as he is trying to make it sound. I have explained to him repeatedly that my concern is that the floors are dangerously uneven and worsening since his work was done and that there are new cracks in the walls. However, he refuses to address those issues or provide the letter I was promised so that I will have his proof that the house has been deemed safe. On 11/24/17, when he came over without warning, I requested a letter on his letterhead stating that the foundation is fine and he promised he would provide that letter to me. I have yet to receive the letter.
