Jamie was a friendly & efficient service technician I appreciate the service

A new tech came to service our water conditioning system today, Mar31, His name is Sam and he is terrific! He let me asks questions and explained things when I got confused or didn't quite understand what he was telling meNot only is he very knowledgeable and kind, he also looks a lot like Ben A*** which is icing on the cake, so to speak

residence to her new residence on March 27, On March 28, 2014, we sent a
technician to Mrs***'s new residence to repair a
small leak at the bypass handleAt
this time, Mrs*** complained about the charges for the length of time the deinstallation,
moving and reinstallation of her system cost As a resolution, we gave the
customer new filters for her reverse osmosis (an over than $value)On April 4, 2014, we
went to Mrs***'s old address for a bathroom faucet that Mrs*** stated had
been running since the de-installationThe technician found that it was a very old faucet and
that the faucet had a bad seal that needed to be replacedHe explained this to Mrs
*** and left the residence water in bypassOur office explained that the sink would
not have been touched during the de-installation process, as our technician performed work
only in the basement of the homeMrs*** insisted that we fix it or that she would
complain to the *** To appease Mrs***, we sent out our water manager on April
10, and he found the same thing; that the bathroom faucet was leaking from the cold
side, as the old rubber seal had disintegratedHe fixed the leak free of charge for the
customer

Excellent service, Nathan Kstayed until it was just rightWe have very challenging water, high sulfur content, colloidal clay, high copper levels and even with over $20k worth of systems and treatments, it was still unsafe to drink
Anderson installed a new system yesterday, the smell is gone, the levels are safe to drink and I'm amazed
I was told by two local well companies here in Upstate NY that nothing could be done and we should buy bottled to drinkUnbelievable that after suffering for years with this terrible water, spending thousands a year just to try to use it and now we finally have good water!
Watch out for your small-time local well companies, I will never name names but they're much richer and never provided the service that Anderson did
I am so amazed and thrilled, just to be able to run a bath and have it come out clear instead of a tinge of green...so worth it!
The employees are so thorough and amazing too, I can't say enough
Brian, the manager out of Rochester came out to test our water and was shocked at the levels(I had already paid a separate company to test so I knew what they would be) He was not a pushy salesman, he just gave us the information and how to to fix thisI was afraid he would say they couldn't, as the other companies did, but he promised they could
Nathan came a few days later to remove all of the old equipment, placed it safely in the garage and installed the new within a few hours
He was so thorough, testing the levels and then showing me how to maintain itI am extremely pleased

This is the third time I've had a visit from Anderson Water & Power to change filters in my osmosis system and the *** RebedAll of their representatives are excellent, very professional and patientI am very happy with my system that I've had for yearsMy water tastes exceptional and I haven't had to replace any plumbing because of mineral depositsI would recommend this system to anyone

We have been very pleased with the softening of this very hard well water and with the employees who have serviced the system

Sam and Nate were great installing our softener and reverse osmosis systems They were very friendly and knowledgeable Thanks!

Roger was very professional and knowledgeable about the water system Tyler was also professional and did an outstanding job with the system install I would recommend this system and this team of folks to anyone looking for a new or updated water treatment system!

Brian was at our home to replace a pressure water tank, switch and gauge
He was on time and worked efficiently and professionally to get the job doneHe is a friendly and likable person

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I called Anderson on Thursday June 19th to explain my situation I have not heard back as of Tuesday June 24th The system that was installed did work great, initiallyI understand that water conditions can change but am dissatisfied that I was sold a $system that couldn't accommodate increases in iron content That was the reason for the low pressure The iron is clogging the filtersI would of gladly paid more $ upfront for a system that could handle the corrosive well water I was not aware that I'd be spending $400-$every few years to have filters rebedded It is unfortunate that Anderson already has my money and I apparently do not matter to them as a customer I also would like it to be known that I performed all of the required maintenience such as changing filters, adding salt, and adding peroxide If nothing else, I would have appreciated a return call from the owner or sales manager.

We are very happy with our new water systemThe water tastes better, dishes from the dishwasher no longer have a cloudy filmThe shower is so easy to clean now, especially the glass doorsEven the ice cubes are crystal clear

The well water conditions at the *** residence are "full of iron and sulfur and is very corrosive," as Mr***
states in his complaintDue to the corrosives and the fluctuations of his well water, his system requires regular
maintenance in order for the filtration unit to function
properlyWe installed equipment at the *** residence to
handle the well water conditions at the time of installation in June of At our follow up contact phone call ten
days after installation, the customer was incredibly pleased with the installation and service of the system and referred a
neighbor to our companyIn November of 2012, we sent a technician to the home, due to a lack of water pressureIt
was then found that the well water iron content had spiked from parts, on the original contract, to over 10parts in
November of This is a very large change in water conditions! Our technician explained that due to this, the
system will need both a change in media and the customer will need additional equipment to handle the change in
qualityMr*** argued in November of 2012, that he did not want to pay for anything additional and it was
explained, as per the original contract that"Anderson is not responsible for changing water quality," as stated on our
original contractOn November 7, 2012, we went to the home and performed the media change on the sulfron and
installed additional equipment for a rate negotiated below our cost, per our sales manager and gave the customer
extended terms to pay for the serviceSince November 7, 2012, we have only delivered consumables to the customers
home, upon his request, until May of Mr*** was scheduled on May 22, 2014, for a service call for low
water pressurePrior to the service, Mr*** called the office, as he was concerned with spending money to rebed
the media in the sulfronMr*** spoke with ***, our service manager and cancelled the appointment, upon ***
telling him over the phone that he may need a rebedWe did not hear from the customer again, until we received the
complaint from the Revdex.com and a letter from his insurance companyWe contacted the insurance company and the claims
representative said that Mr*** is trying to put a claim against our insurance for damage done to his home due to
the water systemWe explained to the claims representative that we did not know of any damages to the customers
home and that due to the customers fluctuating water conditions, we are not responsible for any damagesAlso, that
we have not been to the home to test the water or assess the situation, as the customer cancelled the appointment
because he did not want to pay for serviceAnderson is not responsible for changing water conditions and must charge
a fee to service the customer's equipment, when maintenance is necessary due to incoming water quality and/or lack of
maintenance
