nice technicians very professional Install looks great

Mrs. [redacted] has not contacted our office to set up an arrangement for delivery!  Please let her know to contact our office at ###-###-#### to schedule delivery.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I want you to know that the business manager kept saying they were helping me out by giving me he filters and move the items that were installed in the wrong place and moved. I asked the original tech [redacted] to put them where they are now and he said it was not possible.  I also asked him for the new filters and he said he would do it. Again not done as he had no idea what he was doing. This is my biggest problem is that a tech that had no business doing an deinstall and reinstall was sent.  It took four hours longer than it should have at least.  This is why I am so upset. I didn't say I would not report them if they fixed the sink in the old house.  It was the lack of eagerness to make the original techs issues and lack of knowledge right.

Revdex.com spoke to [redacted] at business and the following response and clarification was relayed:
The consumer was long overdue for their annual checkup, from January 2011 until when they called in June 2013. We had sent many notices prior. The consumer states issues in March but never reported them and in June there was no mention of any issues as we were called and performed an annual checkup. From September of 2013 when we were called and until June 2014 there were no reported issues by the consumer. We have provided the consumer with the 2 possible suggestions, recommended procedure per the manufacturer. A service appointment needs to be made for a diagnosis to be made, this is a chargeable service.

Ainsley B[redacted] at Anderson Water & Power is excellent. He did a great job, was very friendly, arrived on time and explained everything very clearly.

Nathan K. was courteous and professional, he answered all my questions in depth. Nathan took the time to explain the system and didn't leave until he was certain that I understood.
In my opinion Nathan went above and beyond what is typically expected of a service contractor, and being in the military traveling around the states and abroad for the last 20 years I have all types of customer service experiences, from good and bad.
I would rate Anderson Water Systems, Inc. a 10 out of 10! Thank you for the great experience. It is this type of quality customer service that will keep me a loyal customer.

Mike R. came to install an Iron and Hydrogen Sulfate filter (Sulfron) with peroxide in my home. I felt that he did a very professional job with the installation and answered all of my questions. He went over operation of the equipment and I felt comfortable with the use of the equipment he installed. I think the [redacted] equipment he installed is of very high quality and I expect to have continued support from this business throughout the life of the product.

Nathan K. just left our home. He was very personable and professional and knew his stuff. Very nice person and cares about his customers a great deal.

Service is terrible. To get your water systems repaired takes forever and the representatives in the office are rude. Called on December 8, 2014 for repair, water was hard, water softener not working. They couldn't schedule me for repair until December 17th. Nine days away. Then several days later they called back to say they could not make that date, it would now be December 22nd. That's 14 days from original call. Office ladies rude and uncaring! Asked to speak with the owner or manager, No return phone call. They were rude when I called them back again asking! They showed up on the 22nd and did not have the correct parts to fix it. The repairman said we will be her "hopefully" Monday since you have waited so long already. They called Monday and couldn't schedule the repair until January 2, 2015! On the 2nd of January no one showed up!! Called and the rude office people said he should be there or showing up any minute. Still no one came!! Finally the repairman called and said we can't make it today we have run into problems with a new install. So now we are waiting for another date!! Obviously new installs are more important and make more money for them than repairs. Repairman said again "hopefully" we will be to your place on Monday the 5th. So almost one month and still hard water!!! Terrible customer service!! If you want a working system don't buy from Anderson!

Both Sam and Nate were polite, courteous personnel. They both were professional, conscientious workers. If I ever need help from Anderson, I would be very pleased to have both or either one of them back. They both were knowledgeable of the equipment that they work on. They both treat you and your equipment like it is owned by a member of their family. As I have had Sam work on our equipment before it was a pleasure to have him return. Most enjoyable.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
Revdex.com spoke to consumer who relayed the following response:
[redacted] called me on Friday. He acknowledged that I have had a lot of service calls over the years and the issue with the generator. I have been disappointed with the service over the years. The business and I have agreed to a refund of $800, which I did not completely agree with but I do feel that it is at least meeting halfway.
The consumer has accepted the agreement for business to refund $800 and that the matter is considered resolved.

We have been in contact with Mrs. [redacted] and her son, [redacted] and are working with them to help her understand any confusion over the functionality of the generator.  Technicians from our company are scheduled to go to the home while her caretakers are there to show her how the generator works...

and test it for her on three different occasions.  Mr. [redacted] stated that once his mother has knowledge that the generator is functioning, she will contact the Revdex.com and let the Revdex.com know that the issue is resolved.  Please contact our office with any questions at ###-###-####.

I just spoke with [redacted], our technician and since we did not repair the generator, we can not offer a discount on parts or labor.  Also, since the generator is no longer under warranty, we will now have to charge, as well as the last company, for service and parts.  The calls during the...

warranty period that were under warranty were not charged to the customer.  However, Mrs. [redacted] did pay for a whole house surge protector, yearly maintenance and calls not related to warranty issues, such as the battery.  
Since we did not charge her for warranty issues during the warranty period, I am unable to make adjustments to Mrs. [redacted]'s account.

Nathan K has come to my home to service my Anderson Water system twice now. He is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and respectful of both me and my home. If I need to have the system serviced again, I would definitely request him. I didn't realize how much I loved my water system until I was without it for a few days! I know I am healthier because I drink more water now, CLEAN water!

I Needed multiple inspections due to mortgage issues. The inspector was extremely fast and understanding.

Inspected my new home purchase in August 2014 and have had close to XXXXX worth of repairs needed that should have been seen at time of inspection. Would not recommend and I believe they work with Realtors to sell homes quickly.

Had a service call today, from Anderson Water & Power, had a service call done on a water system, the service person Sam, was very good, and very professional...He called a half hour before coming, and identified his self...

We were having issues with our 16 year old [redacted] whole house water conditioning unit and it was discovered that our mobile home park was dumping in so much chlorine that the valves/gaskets/O-rings/ and whatever else is in there and the resin beads had been eaten away & fouled from it, so we purchased a [redacted] carbon filter tank to clean the incoming water of the chlorine; had the resin beads replaced & all the eaten/foul parts replaced as well. Thought all was good to go when a leak was found. Had that repaired and then found that the brine/salt tank wasn't draining and there was a second leak in a different place.
Tyler was the service tech that came Wednesday the 4th of May and let me tell you, I think he can just about 'walk on water' because he's THAT good.!! He exudes confidence & knowledge the minute you meet him and you just know that he's already run at least 3 possibilities that can cause the problems through his memory banks before he ever reaches your house. Tyler also knows the ins and outs of the older systems, plus he's very very particular about his work and he went directly to the sources of the problems we were having. Regenerated the system manually that night and not a leak was found and the salt tank drained as it should. Bless you, Tyler.
Tyler was so very patient with me when I asked him some questions and that man deserves all the praise and Thank You's he gets, plus a bright shiny halo & gold stars. We trust we won't need anymore service calls for a long time, thanks to Tyler's work, but if we should, we definitely want him to address the issues.
